Very Good show .you out there
I still need to enter my Credit card even if i have those 2 free months...
That is normal in many trial services.
I just created an account and used your promo code. I am excited to see what this new platform provides and hopefully I will have more access and input from your team.
Making this a returning series would be a great idea. It is so fun to hear your opinion on these scapes so informative.
Thanks for the vote, noted! Cheers!
this can be an ongoing series - cool ideas
Thanks for the vote. If this will be popular enough among our viewers, we'll do another one.
@@GreenAquaShop I've started my TH-cam channel with your inspiration and there are 2 upcoming tanks. Hope you'll consider my tanks B.Farkas 🤭♥️
Love from India.
Cheers! Good luck with the channel.
Where can we apply our tanks?
@@GreenAquaShop where can we send our entries? I am pretty sure we as your fans would love to keep this an ongoing trend.
Fellow subscribers, kindly like this video and comment so that we can get more of this and learn and grow together.
Thanks so much for showing my scape and talking about it💚 And thank you for the compliment Balazs, because I'm just 17 years old...I try my best to improve my skills and learned a lot from your videos😊🙏🏻
Best regards, Elias
Cheers Elias, thanks for the submission man. You are cool!
Wow, 17 years old with such an incredible tank. I'm so impressed. Congratulations !!!
@@davidhunternyc1 Thank you so much! I'm glad you like it🙌🏻
Hi! 8:33 it's me! Thanks also to your advice, I won the fight against BBA. Now I can give shape and life to my tank. Here in the video, the tank is wild.
Thanks for the submission, glad to hear you won that fight! Good luck with your tank! Cheers!
Took many minutes to figure out what cucumber they were talking about. Bottom right. Lol. What are you doing now (or what have you learned) that keeps BBA away?
Btw. Beautiful layout and plant selection.
@@Fsuholley ahahahahah thank you. Now the tank is in the rescue phase. I won the BBAs thanks to Seachem. Do not put Zeolite in the filter, it kills bacteria. In the video it is a jungle, now I have cut the plants.
This video is sooooo damn goood . We really need a series of this. EXTREMELY HELPFUL
Thanks Ahmed. :)
Wow! A wonderful honor! My tank mentioned in your video 🤩!
Thanks for all the good suggests!
More impontatly, did I pronounce your name right? 😅
🤣 sure!
Ottima pronuncia! 😁
Thank you Green Aqua for reviewing my scape 10:22! Very happy and honored to be critiqued by you guys. Will definitely check your filtration videos and get better filtration substrate ASAP! You guys are spot on. Love your channel, as always! 💖💖💖
Cheers, glad you found our comments useful. Thanks for the submission. Cheers!
Have been watching Green Aqua videos for a while now and I have to admit..they are instant stress busters. Thank you Green Aqua, Love from India
Glad to hear that, thanks for watching, and thanks for the great comment. Cheers.
Your channel pushed me over the edge and Im now almost 3 months into the hobby with my first aquarium which is a planted tank. Im getting so much enjoyment and see my self growing and learning on this long journey. Thank you, thank you, thank you!!!
You're welcome Max, and good luck with your tank! I'm happy that you have it. Cheers.
There is nothing more satisfying than being featured AND complimented by one of your favorite channels and people. Love the EPIC music, Love the recognition. Thanks guys for real!
Cheers Shawn, and thanks so much for that beautiful experience. It was great to watch. You are great!
I really liked that you almost always had something positive to say about all the submissions. It's difficult to submit your work to professionals for a critique, and you were so encouraging 😀
I seriously don't think I'm better than any one who sees these videos. I just spent more time. I'm sure that many would be much better scapers if they would have spent more time with the hobby - as professionals. That is my main approach.
I like this, more relaxed than the competition, yet, one can get a rough idea where is room for developing skills. Bring on some more of this content.
Will do thanks for the encouragement Mary! Cheers!
I appreciate you taking the time to evaluate the aquariums of strangers. Very good idea. It is always good to hear the opinion of experts.
Glad you liked the idea, thanks for watching! Cheers.
In 3 weeks i hope to start my new aquarium.
I am going from a 190 ltrs juwel vision to a 250 ltrs akvastabil 100
Wood is soaking outside and i am collecting materials.
I learned a lot from you guys and also George Farmer, MD Fish Tanks and Jurijs Jutjajevs.
Cant wait to get started.
Just waiting for the cabinet for the aquarium...
Cheers Dennis. Hope you'll get it soon!
I absolutely loved the 'Zen Tank' at around minute 10. Thanks for featuring the plants on the video, I will reference it in the future :)
💚👍 Thanks
The most important aspect of Aquascaping is "You like what you do" Well said Balazs👍
Exactly. Most of us do this because this is our hobby, it relaxes us, and that's the main goal. If others like it too, well, that's just a bonus.
@@GreenAquaShop indeed... N tat's wat kept most of us all scaping till now isn't it?...🌱
Yepp. :)
Absolutely right, 23 degree. One important equipment for a planted tank is water chiller.
Yepp. Agreed.
I really expecting more episodes of reviewing viewers tank like this. A lot of information & real time challenges answered from 20 minutes video. Its very fun to watch
Thanks for the encouragement, will try to do similar videos!
This is basically FishforThought tank reviews without meme and minecraft background 😂
Love the video
LOL, good point. :) Cheers.
yes... should give some credit or shout out
Exactly what I thought.
Yep Beginner friendly vs pro ^^
Incomparable. This is on another dimension.
Man that tank at 8:00 (spencers tank), looks Amazing!! The whole scape, the browns and the greens, the small and bug rocks.. All make an awesome looking tank.
Yeah, that tank is a killer. :) Algae killer. LOL.
@@GreenAquaShop 😂
I can't believe he has no filter and no CO2. :)
Thank you Guys for viewing my tank and your tips! :)
Thanks for the submission Szymon! You are welcome! Cheers!
Great, you've been very fair and honest about each tank.
Tried our best, glad you liked the approach! Cheers!
@@GreenAquaShop Very nice though I am still sad I have not seen your message announcing a tank review 😖
Hope you'll do it again being as honnest as you have been in this review
Well, if this gets a very good reception in the coming weeks, then we might do another one. So far - after a couple of days - it seems people are more interested in builds and tutorials from us, but it is too early to tell. So stay tuned.
Am sharing this to my aquarium group in my country. Well deserved 👍🏼
This is very honourable.
Thanks a lot. :)

Why I did not know about that! I would love to show you my tank😁 Awesome idea. I hope you will keep it as series of videos guys! 💚
Oh Wolfie, you don't watch all videos here, do you? LOL. You missed a video, where we posted the entry. I also did that at the end, so only those saw that who watched it through. ;) I'd love to feature one of your tanks, I love what you do with your little Gallery!
glad that you give space to the Beginner scape in Green Aqua Chennai. I hope very soon my task also be on Green aqua big Screen 😎
Hope we will have more videos like this, it depends on you guys. :) On your support. Cheers.
I would love to see more of this type of video!! Learned a lot!!
Loved the reviews, guys. Thanks Balazs and Tommy. Much appreciate it. Really made my day. Both names P-E and pie 🥧 are acceptable. 😂 Thanks a lot for keep inspiring. 💚💚🌱🌱
Oh, now I know! :) Thanks for the submission, glad you enjoyed the feedback. Cheers!
Can you tell me how you submitted your tank for review?
I would to submit my tank for review too.

Wait for the next round. I believe they’ll make it happen soon
so happy you guys are doing this
Thanks for the kind feedback!
Cool video guys. Loving seeing other people’s tanks and how they are developing their skills. Also getting some inspiration for my new tank. Thank you for the video 🙂
You are welcome, glad you enjoyed this too. Yeah, it is very inspiring to see beautiful tanks from all over the world.
Great idea to showcase tanks of your viewers, and to allow us all to learn from one another. I’d encourage you to do this regularly, maybe once a quarter, as it would continue to convene the community of aquascapers you have helped create. It means a lot of us to get feedback from you guys, both positive and “constructive”. One idea might be to select fewer tanks and to give more in depth critiques, but otherwise, this format works very well, too. Great job!
Yeah, that was the other option here, but we got soooo many entries, wanted to squeeze in as many as possible in the first episode, to give you a better picture of the world aquascaping. But now, if we'll have a next one, if this is liked by many, we'll do a slower one.
You guys are SUPER professionals 👍👍👍👍
Thanks so much Freyja, glad you like our approach. You keep us going. Cheers!
I've been waiting for this forever :)
Super cool video.
Thanks Levente! Glad you liked this! Cheers!
Another great video... I would love to get a review of my tank from the experts! Keep up the great content.
We'll let you know in advance in one of our future videos if we plan to do a second round of this, and you can submit. Cheers.
Very knowledgeable, I learned so much
Good to read this. :)
Cheers.
This was sooo fun to watch! Please make more of this. 😊
Thanks for the vote, noted! Cheers!
I really like this video. Great job guys. Those tanks were all amazing. Interesting how many tanks were stocked with Harlequin Rasboras. One of my favorite fish. Unbelievable how small many of these tanks were but, looked so much bigger. 👍🏻
Yeah Harlequins are beautiful! Thanks for watching, glad you liked the tanks!
Loved this. We need more of this. Keep going. Cheers. Even I wanted my tank to be reviewed. Well, maybe in the next one.
Yeah, hope to have another one in the future. Will let you know. Cheers!
Amazing guys, absolutely love it.
Thank you Green Aqua.
You're welcome Adam, thanks for watching!
As an architect, it is certainly interesting watching this video and the perspective of the reviews for sure. Lol
That is great, I'm sure you'd be able to come up with nice hardscape builds then!
Green Aqua I do all right
👍🏻
Great video guys, its great to get more idea's on layouts.
Yeah, I love it too!
Great video once again by Green Aqua team. I really loved the fact that Green Aqua team has gone through all entries and try to featured as many as possible.
Also very good points mentioned by BALÁZS in the review. All the different type of aquarium was covered and i am really happy with the deep approach and detailed access done by Team.
One thing i really want to consider is a cooling fan since my aquarium is running at 28 degree Celsius here in India.
Now i think its one of the key factor for algae to come even after doing regular water changes, maintenance 😊.. I will surely try to put the temperature bit low.
Also i have ramerezi in my aquarium along with Tetras, Rasbora and Red cherry Shrimps.. I hope they will be fine if i run around 23 - 24 degree Celsius. I will take a leap of faith in your words Tommy 😊
I'm sure your tank will do much much better if you manage to push it down to like 25 degrees! Fans are a bit noisy but they help a lot! Yeah, they will be fine!
good vidéo guys, you give a place for beginner's that's very cool👍 i am a beginner's to, i hope to share m'y First aquascape someday whit you keep Up the good Work👌👌
Now this is a video I've been looking for
Good to hear, thanks!
You guys are soo cool... I’ve been wondering which Deptartment you worked in... I was thinking lighting or production design, but directing really explains the story telling in your tanks.... love it!
You’re making me want to give up directing now! 😂
Cant wait the next series, i enjoy very much this kind of content
Glad you liked this Alex, thanks for watching.
@@GreenAquaShop if you make episode no 2 i will send a video of my aquarium.
Will let you know if that happens Alex! Thanks for that! Cheers!
The one at 8:00 ish is like my 10g blackwater tank, or it was until I made it my holding area before adding fish to another tank.
When everyone gets kicked out, it will go back to being a crystal clear (no solids), tannin tank that's overloaded with short plants & only has an airstone in it to keep the water from going stagnant. The original inhabitants are 7 pumpkin neo shrimp, 6 CPDs & a mystery snail.
Gold medal video. This made my day. Now I want to get a 2nd tank. I have a 180 gallon fully-planted jungle tank with... goldfish. Breaks all the rules but I love it.
That's the most important thing! Good luck with your tank. Cheers.
I really enjoyed this video. It's great to see other peoples tanks and also lots of great tips during the critique. 👍
Glad you liked this too John, yeah, I also enjoyed watching the tanks with Tommy.
ITS hard work but well done guys, great vid, comments by pro s can tell you a lot about your own tank issues. I bought an AC for my living; temps of my tanks went above 30 C . Now I can function normal again and my tanks are at 24 C( Netherlands heatwave for 2 weeks with high moist it's terrible) . I know fish and plants can handle high temperatures temporary but I didn't. But it works both ways and I no longer worry about my tanks.
Yeah, that sounds like the best solution for all. :) That's what we do here too.
Yes make this an on going series... it is a great idea
Will do, if enough people will watch this video. Thanks for the encouragement. Cheers!
You guys are the real pro😍😍😍😍
Thanks Aziz! Glad you like our approach. Cheers!
It's great seeing you guys gain more sponsors!
Yeah Duncan, good thing that we can support the production quality further. That new Sony a7s III is a must get, but can't afford it yet. :)
@@GreenAquaShop I've done film for a long time and can tell you that investing in the newest gear all the time isn't worth it. But if you're gear is getting old, then definetly upgrade!
Well, the 6500 and 6400 apsc's we currently have do not help us in the depth of field area, have poor autofocus (making the production really difficult), can not do good slomo, and we have some overheating. So yeah, we need to upgrade sometime soon. :) Also, our lens, with the infinite focus, and focus breathing are not cool, even if they are super sharp and good fixed focal length lens.
@@GreenAquaShop Ah. Time to upgrade. :P
Great episode, please go ahead and do another series on this topic. I have 22 degrees Celsius
Thanks for the encouragement. Cheers!
I want to see a 1 hour video of Balazs doing the "23 degrees celsius in a planted tank." mantra. 😂
LOL, Tommy did not like the idea though.
@@GreenAquaShop It was the most important aquarium lesson in a long time for me. I had a lot of puzzle pieces falling in place also regarding the fish species you guys like to put in your tanks. Sadly I can't lower the water temperature due to the species I'm keeping. Fish lives > plant lives
@@GreenAquaShop I see 😆.
By the way, I also would like to know the reason why 23 degrees celsius is the required temperature, doesn't different plants need different temperature?
No, most of them are fine in this temp.
@@GreenAquaShop well but what about a fish then? :)
08:08 6 liter? damn... I think this might be one of the very best.
If you have nice quality tap water and want to add some buffer capacity to your tank water I think it makes perfect sense to mix tap water and RO water.
Yes. That is true, but most don't know and still mix. Also, tap water contains nutrients which will add to the unknown - for example if you want lean fertilizing and you have nitrate in your tank you'll not like the fact that you don't have nice reds, etc.
Hi guys! What a great idea for new episodes, I hope it will be more often. Planning to send u a video of my tank, but seeing level of other viewers, its like wooohoa! Once anain: thank you for shearing your knowledge whith other fans of this great hobby. A lot of greetings!
You are welcome, I'm sure you'll do better and better tanks with time.
Beautiful Tanks. I love the review video. I want more review videos 😁
Thanks for the feedback, thanks for the vote. Will see how the video goes. If many like this, we'll do another one. Cheers.

Hi sir. Happy to see all the aquascaping 😊👍 You rocked as always!! I do stand nowhere . 😆
You'll be better with time, I'm sure!
Very good aquarium wow I loved green aqua

I didn't get time to shoot my tank for you guys but would love get another opportunity and hear your thoughts about my setup. Keep up the good work and as always I'll see you in the next episode!
Will let you know in advance if we'll do a second round! Cheers.
That takes a lot of courage, sharing your work and be reviewed by the gods of aquascaping aka GreenAqua. Definitely want to see more of this in the future and maybe I'll be sharing my work with you guys sometime. Great work!!
I don't think it's courage. We all started somewhere, as I said, I started very low, so I don't think I'm in a position to compare myself to these scapes. The most important thing for me still is to evolve, rescape, learn. It does not matter where we are in that journey. Cheers.
Happy to see my fellow Singaporeans represent! Our aquascape and aquarium hobby community here are quite big as we are lucky to have easy access to and economical cost of plants, livestock and hardware :) only thing going against us is climate but most of us have been running nice scapes above 26°C anyways haha
Yeah i guess everyone suffers from something in the hobby. Plants accessibility, weather conditions, hardscape limitation, or no retails at all. We need to overcome this :) We love the hobby life in your country 👍
Pls keep going these kind of series.. It will really help new aquascapers their drawbacks.. Plz tell if u guyz are doing again.. I want to send vedios..
Will let you know if we have a round 2. Thanks so much for the encouragement.

Thanks so much! Glad you like our channel. Cheers!
Didn't expect my tank to be up here thanks green aqua very cool
It's cool that you sent it! Thanks for the submission, you are great! Cheers!
That's was a great video with lots of good advice! It's great to see what level of tanks everyone else has compared to you, just to see where you are, once I want to spend more money ill set up my other 60p. hopefully this will one will have at least one day without being taken over by algae. still fighting it, I got like a hair algae in my other 60p and in my 3gal I got the slimy hair algae. and I just don't have much time Atm to do 5-7 hour maintenance sessions to scrub every rock, do multiple water changes, cut and sort plants.. etc. So im a bit stuck for now. Anyways I was looking forward to this vid and it was worth it haha! keep the amazing work up! As always from Australia, have a great week and see you next Thursday!
Oh and hopefully my trip to Hungary (just for GreenAqua) and to Peru with my friend in the next few years wont be disrupted by all this! Ok really, bye now haha.
Hope you'll sort this out soon. Cheers.
Wow how did I miss this. Next time i am definitely sending my aquarium photos and videos. After all, I bought all equipment at your store and got only compliments for my nano aquarium.
You don't watch each and every video we post? LOL. We might have similar calls in the future, stay tuned. :) Thanks for the support too! Cheers!
@@GreenAquaShop I am busted. But to be honest I have a backlog of your videos to watch, you know its summer in Croatia so I spend most of my time on the beach. And you know what they say in GOT; winter is coming and it's gonna be a long one.
Yeah. Enjoy! :)
Really AMAZING your work @greenaqua😍 keep on improving the beautiful world of aqua scaping 👌😁
Will do, thanks for the encouragement Sara! Cheers.
I wish I had all those tanks you reviewed :P Very nice most of them haha
Yepp, I agree, there are many hobbyists who know what they're doing. I'm sure you'll be one of them!
Great video as always! Also thanks for doing mine, I was surprised I made the cut, second tank in, and I've actually redid it within the last couple weeks and did the same things you suggested lol I guess I'm on the right track!
Thanks for the submission, yeah, I guess you are on the right track! Cheers!
YES! More, more, more! Please. Love your regular content but this was a very welcomed addition. Hope your viewers response is good enough for another; filmed my tank for submission but when editing I decided I wanted it to mature more as it was only two weeks old... this type of content on the channel makes me seriously consider becoming a member, especially if additional funds from your members can help produce more irregular content like this! Next time it’d be nice if you list the livestock names. There were some Boraras I wanted to know the types of.
Yeah, we will try to do another one if the views on this one go higher a bit. Right now I see that many are really interested and people really watch these videos longer than others, but the increased interest still goes towards builds and tutorials. With that said, I think it's a bit early to tell if we're gonna have a second episode or not. Will see.
Also the echinodorus is now booming w new leaves and ludwigia as it was a little yellow
Good to hear that!
Good job guys this is very cool, really like this format! :-)
Thanks for the nice feedback! Cheers!
I made it through art school enduring endless criticisms and other's ideas ... you just get used to it and learn to accept what you want of other's ideas and appreciate the time people took to give their opinions. I think you gave people some really useful ideas and weren't stuffy about it. They submitted their videos obviously to learn more about how they are progressing so hope you guys get a shout out from them..
Just in general...It would be cool to see a cross pollination between professional/aquascaping and the idea of those who just decorate and choose fish from a purely individual/artistic point of view. I'm just new at it so I'm noticing things like this. I don't like driftwood and barely tolerate rocks in my aquariums but realize they do have their importance. I am imagining these materials contribute to the health of plants which I do love. I do have issues with plants though. I would say it is the temperature which I keep higher than what you recommend (too chilly for my fishes) but the same plants do well in some tanks and not as well or die in others. blah blah blah
Yes, also, one can grow only by creative criticism, this is why I like when you guys criticise my work creatively.
Grate video guys😍 loved to see other ppl s tanks i guess this won t be the last i hope grate topic cose love to see more and love to seeu guys analyse it as myself made more beatiful shots of my tank changed t tweekt it here and thre cose it was overgrown ( need pay attention on that)! and im happy after 2 years installed going well ! I like the last part when you both finished the show, cleaner came in to tidy up the cinema :D after all it's a good experience to learn from others beside the experts (green aqua) ha ha
Haha, right. :) Thanks for watching it to the end. Cheers.
@@GreenAquaShop not all countries able to have 23 degree temperature so do you mean most of the fish tank keepers have chiller running next to the planted tank? I live in Asia so I have a big chiller to cool down water.
@@GreenAquaShop I am running on 26 now so I heard you said 23-24 I was like eye big looking at my tank. Ha ha
Yeah, you could decrease it probably, if you don't have fish that would be hurt by that. I think most people struggle with algae, some are fine, and all others are trying to use fans, AC, you name it.

Wonderful job reviewing planted tanks. Hope next time I could send my aquarium for critique.
Thanks! Glad you liked it! Will let you know in one of the future videos if we plan a second round! Cheers.
What temp do you guys keep on your betta tanks?
We currently don't have Betta planted tanks in the gallery - for this exact temperature reasons. :) They would require a minimum of 26 degrees. We had it, it was a constant fight.
Green Aqua oh wow, thanks for the info. My next planted tank was going to be a 10gal for a betta, but that might have to change.
13:14 what about a betta temp? can it be good in temps under 75?
Need episode2❣️
Thanks for the vote! Cheers.
Are we getting a “scaping Tommys beard” video?🤔🤣
LOL, that would be a fight.
This is an awesome idea that could be a regular content in your segment. It was definitely enjoyable to watch. Thanks for sharing

Hi! At 2:44, Tommy says that some simple coolers would drop 3 or 4 degrees, where are they placed? Regards!
On the rim of the tank, blowing the surface.
Nice aqua brothers balazs..im like ... 👍👍👍
Cheers Danial. :)
😊
No idea if you guys notice comments this late, but I have a little question regarding temperature, plants and german blue rams. Everywhere I've read it says german blue rams want at least 27-28 degrees Celsius. Which clashes with the message in this video about keeping temperatures at 23 or below.
So to my question, are german blue rams simply not suitable if I want a really nice planted tank / aquascape? Or is it your opinion that the rams can do well in lower temps?
The temperature thing is new to me. Always went by fish requirements and didn’t think it would effect plants
Yeah, not many do know about this, we keep mentioning this in our videos, but we still find that most tanks are too warm.
