- Hapoel Tel Aviv was the first Israeli club to select an Arab player, taking a stance against the political tide. Hapoel is more than a football club: It's a bridge between Israel's jewish and arab populations. An underdog in the Middle East; only recently in the Champions League, its fanatical fanbase must now make do with life in the second-tier.

it shouldn't horrify you, I'm a Hapoel Tal Aviv fan and I have many Beiter friends, the way that the video you saw represent Beiter is very selective and bias, every football club has their crazy fans, and maybe La Familia is a little too energic in their cheering but this video was completely biased towards them and didn't show for example the thousands who boo the people who were calling the things the video shows or the other things.
In general, most Beiter fans are really normal and good people

This is not accurate, we saw the anti-Semitic performances of Celtic fans, and also the fact that Liel Abda, who played in the team, suffered many curses and was also verbally attacked in the street, the Celtic crowd showed great shame a few days after October 7th. Amazing club to see. Unlike a certain team in the capital. I love how they support with unity and even if they are in the Second League at that time, they still support their club with passion.
(Tbh, I like Maccabi Tel Aviv more because of their basketball team, but I will gonna like Hapoel because of their football team.)

As an Hapoel fan, this video is a bit incorrect. Firstly, Israeli flag are not "outlawed" and they appearing in every game. Secondly, we are a Jewish club that supports Israel and accepting all religions and basically everyone, but this video made our club to look like a club that is going against his own country. thats not true, even our ultras, which identifies with the lest side, supports our country and sings the national anthem. The only group we are not accepting is people that are against Israel.

Sports have always been a mean for social change as seen with clubs like Happoel or in America with Jackie Robinson. Sports are the great equalizer. Your religion, race, ethnic identity, sexual identity doesn’t matter. As long as you’re good.
