This is dangerous. The string can cut peoples throat, when motorbikes go through a falling kite and string or when falling kites string dragged by vehicles and come across anyones throat. We call it glass strings, several death happened in my country caused by glass strings on kites. Now its banned all over in my country since the 90s. Any string without glass can cut throat too.
