Yes, but Alex Kurtzman didn't want Dracula Untold to be in The Dark Universe which was why he went for The Mummy which did poorly because of that Circus Midget Cruise.
did u even watch the movie huh? Vampire was a thing of legend at that time. He had just transformed. He literally told his people not to say anything cuz no one knew what he had become.
they didn't know he's a vampire SPOILERS!!! he was just a noble or something (i don't remeber, sry). they wanted his son to his army but he killed all the guards so they declared a war to him. he knew he couldn't win so he was searching for any possible way how to become stronger. he found an ancient vampire who turned him into this form. and then he fought this battle

@@cryptoyorsh5454well there are documentaries about Wallachia if you want to see that. But I wanna see Dracula destroy a whole army by himself. Movie logic is fun and entertaining. If you can’t have some suspension of belief then you’ll never be able to enjoy movies.

@nunyadayumbusiness591 i agree there were so many soldiers running past him, there definitely what delayed them. I never thought about that, but that has to be it bc they also looked worn out and tired like they just fought. Running to there king-captain to help only to see the rest dead and him walking back
Universal should've stayed The Course with Dracula Untold as THE 1st Film for The Dark Universe. I did hear that originally; they were going to have Luke Evans reprise his role as Dracula from Dracula Untold in The Dark Universe Reboot of Van Helsing where he would've teamed up with Van Helsing who would've been portrayed by Channing Tatum and Van Helsing had a falling out with Russell Crowe's Jekyll of Prodigium and he would hunt monsters on his own. Well, Van Helsing teams up with Dracula to stop Elizabeth Bathory despite the fact that Van Helsing believes that Dracula killed his family. Alex Kurtzman running The Dark Universe was a mistake because he didn't know what he was doing because he didn't want Dracula Untold to be in The Franchise and I like Channing Tatum, but he doesn't fit The Mold to be Van Helsing. My choices for Van Helsing would be either Ioan Gruffudd, Liam Neeson, Ewan McGregor, Sean Bean, Adrian Paul, Christopher Lambert, Jean Reno, Christoph Waltz, Jeff Daniels, or Jared Harris being how they are philosophical which Van Helsing is supposed to be.
It's especially insane when you remember that Vlad was already a fierce warrior before he got his vampire powers. The Turk's problems went from bad to worse

Anyone good at math, please do a calculation on how long for him to kill that whole army. At the speed of his killing, I guess it takes a very long time
Seeing as he kills anywhere between 1-10 people in a matter of seconds (inconsistently) we can be generous and say he kills about 5 people/second on average. This would mean he kills 300 people in a minute (5*60). I don't exactly recall the army size that attacked, but let's just say it's 100,000 men strong. It'd take him about 3 hours to kill all of them. If we're not being too generous, we'd say he kills around 3 people/second. Which would mean he kills everyone within 10 hours. Now, if we're being a tad more realistic and say he kills around 1.5persons/second, it'd take him 18 hours (3/4th of a day, or in this case from night till dusk). The latter wouldn't work (sunlight during the day and all) so let's drop the realism because it's boring and say he'd kill all of them anywhere between 3-10 hours. I'd lean more towards the 3 hours or less if he utilizes more of his powers. Cheers!
