Hi Kev and Sella. That was truly some great progress on you guys home. I like the windows detail so it won't like so plain jane. Still hoping that they come out and hook up you guys transformer soon. It will be nice to have your own power solely to your home. Oh by the way, I probably would have laughed if you slipped and fell into the wet concrete, but only after making sure that you was ok. Each room is definitely looking better and better. Well take care my friend. Keep up with the awesome videos. God's blessings to you guys.
Looks awesome Kevin I’m glad you got floors in doing it right with the vapor barrier and termite that was my biggest fear over there. I know everything is concrete. Sometimes they’re even pour in the kitchen counters and the cabinets out of concrete and only putting doors on, but I think with termite control you did good.
You said you are going to put 2 water storage tanks and then your water filters and UV system. Usely they put the filters and UV system before the tanks to keep the sand and bacteria out of the tanks.if bacteria starts in the tanks the only way to get it out is with Clorox.
Coming along nicely! Once the roof is done and the floor is poured it will really show. How are you dealing with money transfers to pay for labor and materials?
Do you think all the water would be like that even if you went deeper I know it is all more money. But I guess the best way would always be that UV filter.
I'm not sure really. I imagine it would clean up the deeper you go. I had another thought when we got the results. The well kept collapsing as they were drilling. I'm wondering if the top soil was collapsing into the well contaminating it? They had live stock on the land before we bought it and kept them on it till we started building.
@@KevinParent248depends on where you are and type of land,,we sunk our😂well 187 feet deep,,our water is pristine and clean drinking water,,yes we test it every year,,😊 cost us 8 thousand dollars 17 years ago,,with everything including the pump and tank etc,,😊
It's looking really good. I love how they finished the walls. Very smooth.
Thank you. Can't wait till they have paint on them.

I don't blame you for laughing, I would too. Thanks for being here and God bless.

Thank you. Our dirty kitchen in the car port will have cement cabinets. The cabinets in the house however, will be wood.

Agreed. I just had this conversation earlier today with Sela. Thanks.

@@frankkie3849 Yeah, that's deep and expensive. We will have ours tested regularly too. Thanks.
Still having a tough time with Land made a couple offers, but it must be a family decision and their family is scattered everywhere
Yeah that's tough for sure. We saw allot of land before finding this one.
How long have you two been together
We met in May of 2023, so 1 1/2 years ago.
