Tableau Tutorial - INCLUDE LOD for correct grand total as an average

Demonstrates when and how to use the INCLUDE function. The grand total line in Tableau ignores the dimensions in the visualization, which causes problems when the grand total is an average. The INCLUDE function forces Tableau to account for the level of detail(LOD).

Hey Mr. Palmer, I'm a student currently working with tableau and I found your video on KPI's, I'm currently struggling to figure out how to write a calculated field that can do something along the lines of:
Below average: Below 25 %
Average: Between and including 25% to 50%
Above average: Above 50%
Any help would be greatly appreciated, thank you so much for your videos they have saved me hind in this class numerous times :)

Hi, The Grand Totals and sub-total of a calculation is not showing correct. How to fix it.

Do you have a workbook you can share? Are the calculated fields giving you the correct results and it is just the totals that are off? The Calc-1 Year calculation using the LAST() function, which tells you how many rows/columns before you get to the last row/column.
