You guys are really underrated. You do amazing work, and I think your approachable way of doing repairs is just what I look forward to watching week after week. Looking forward to seeing where this rebuild goes.
Beautiful work guys! That thing already looks like it's worth 10x what it was when you got started. Monumental job well done, and you're hardly even getting started. Looking forward to the rest of the series.
This is the very first pinball title I saw when we moved back here from Germany back in the late 70's..I was 12 I think. Man I'd sure love to find me one.
Absolutely Beautiful,I never would have trashed it too. Having the resources you have I would have done the same thing. Lots of tedious work but it will pay of in the end. Great Job I’m Enjoying this series of videos. Thanks Again Burt
Outstanding work guys. I just love the cabinet protectors, as they save the cab from getting chewed up by the steel legs. This is gonna be a great pinball by the time you are done. About a decade ago I made a head for a Kings and Queens. I had to measure for each light socket hole, as well as for the score-reels and credit unit etc. I remember being reall excited when I finally connected the head, turned on the machine, … and guess what?….It worked right off. I was just thrilled to have pulled it off. I expect y’all to get just as excited with this. It’s gonna be just like magic - I can feel it coming. …Get after it boys - you’ve already got it on the run.
Wow, what a difference. I can't believe that is the same machine. Those decals look great. Great start, can't wait the video in the series. Thanks for filming. See you next video Joe and Ronnie.
I bought these decals, probably from the same seller. Been too nervous to try to install so was super excited to see you guys doing it. So sad when the video went from "here we go" to "all done". :)
Was trying to search to see if you guys have ever worked on a 1974 Bally's Champ EM machine, nothing came up in the search though. Finally found myself a fixer-upper. The back glass is in pretty poor shape, not horrible but the center in about a 10 inch diameter area is flaked pretty bad. I'll have to try and make a video like you guys do when I get around to fixing it up. going to try and get everything together to do the work before I start. I was hoping you guys had a video of working on one I could watch to prep myself.
We don't have a Champ video but if you check out some of our Bally videos from around that year it will be very similar. Maybe the 4 Million B.C. videos would be the closest....
Turned out great. Never knew you could get decals for these old machines. I repainted using stencils once and it turned out great but was a lot of work. Can't wait for part 2.
Come on Joe. That's not a swimmer back box. That's a Stingray back box just like Ronnie told you it was! That said, you've done a great job on the wood repair and painting and the decal placement is awesome. Keep up the great work!
Another one saved from the heap ! Nice work guys ! Always wondered how the decals would look for the old Bally machines . Excited to see this one getting done !
certainly starting with a rough one. frankensteining er back together but helluva lot better than some of the kit bash/kit conversions out there people have done. repo can be hit or miss. either fits horribly/mediocre or if didnt know better you'd think its OEM. oughta be interesting journey. have fun Joe, Ronnie
hi joe been watching you jukebox stuff and its great ,its made me jump in with a rock ola 478 thats not run for 15 years i've repaired the power supply thanks to your vids,i have a question my optical sensor is not working i have 9.6v at the sensor is this correct? should a resister be pulling that voltage down ? as any replacements i can find run on 5v regards keith from the uk
that poor table. also never pew pew a table people. those juke boxes are really cool. those stickers would have had me inventing unacceptable language that has not yet existed. yeah you brought that thing back from the bone yard. it looked like firewood when you started.
It was shot with a “cordless hole puncher” 😂. There’s a pew-pew dealer here in TX that runs a “politically correct” ad that refers to them that way. 🤣🤣🤣
Ha Ron and Joe. One man’s junk is another man’s treasure. We think you will have a big gold nugget once you get dune. Look forward to more. 👍😁👍. Bob
Great channel, funny stories, and cool fixes but the very best thing (coming from a californian): the great Southern accents. Thanks ya all!
You guys are really underrated. You do amazing work, and I think your approachable way of doing repairs is just what I look forward to watching week after week. Looking forward to seeing where this rebuild goes.
If you guys get the rest of it looking as good as the cabinet it will look better than new!
I am excited to see this come back to life! Thank you for saving another machine and filming it..... you didn't have to do that!!!
The artwork on this game looks gorgeous! Definetely a great rescue in my opinion. :-)
RONNIE! Glad to “see” you back! Between Ronnie and Joes skills, can’t wait to see how it turns out!!
Really nice work gentlemen!
Beautiful work guys! That thing already looks like it's worth 10x what it was when you got started. Monumental job well done, and you're hardly even getting started. Looking forward to the rest of the series.
Let’s go. Waiting to see how the Frankensteins lost world comes out.❤
This is the very first pinball title I saw when we moved back here from Germany back in the late 70's..I was 12 I think. Man I'd sure love to find me one.
Phenomenal job fella’s. I can’t wait to see the end result.
Absolutely Beautiful,I never would have trashed it too. Having the resources you have I would have done the same thing. Lots of tedious work but it will pay of in the end. Great Job I’m Enjoying this series of videos. Thanks Again Burt
Good work gentlemen. Saving treasures one at a time.

Love the concept and I’m sure the end result will be great!
Yellow black and red just go together so well.
Turned out great. Never knew you could get decals for these old machines. I repainted using stencils once and it turned out great but was a lot of work. Can't wait for part 2.

Nice Job Joe! You and Ron are heroes! I been binging this channel since October. Keep it coming!
Thanks for watching Stephen!

Ron's going to make that playfield as nice as Joe did with the cabinet...can't wait to see it finished
I mean it's beautiful. What a good way to start a hard project.
Never let a tiny lie get in the way of a good story!
Ohhh... this is going to be fun to watch. 😁
Hey Ron!!...and Joe!! Joint effort
Lost World or Lost Cause? Cool.
Looks great!!

GORGEOUS!!
Dang spam calls. Great video!
Just wow!!
This is not going to be broke much longer, I'm looking forward to seeing how things progress. 😃
Poor baby, please save my favorite game!
it has lots of potential
What is so different about using Rust Oleum Paint? Does Rust Oleum use something different in their mixture or ingredients?
hi joe been watching you jukebox stuff and its great ,its made me jump in with a rock ola 478 thats not run for 15 years i've repaired the power supply thanks to your vids,i have a question my optical sensor is not working i have 9.6v at the sensor is this correct? should a resister be pulling that voltage down ? as any replacements i can find run on 5v regards keith from the uk

The preacher drank soda 🤔 lol
Yay!! ❤ Regards
I wonder if someone collects all the arts from the pinball machines...
How does one spill coke on the playfield?!
It was shot with a “cordless hole puncher” 😂. There’s a pew-pew dealer here in TX that runs a “politically correct” ad that refers to them that way. 🤣🤣🤣
Preacher john had some vitality after his pinball and coke.
I like "remote control hole puncher" myself
Adding black to the paint... I think Ron would say to add purple.
ok
Wow thats in bad condition.what a challenge
It maybe broke but it's not fubar you guys can do it
Was it Elvis that shot it? lol
Yodelayheehoo
You got to dream big Ron , or just throw it out.
No joke. Resurrection
Old Joe's voice is way sexier! No Disrespect
There's two of us!
It's called PROFANITY.
Why is Michael Jackson on the front, haha! jk jk
I thought that looked familiar, now that you mention it it looks a lot like the Invincible album cover!
