- This video is of me taking part in The Big Lerf Weekender 2022.
I wasn't able to fish the first two days, so I went hard at it on the Sunday.
I managed 14 Species which was way more than I expected. Hopefully, you enjoy the video showing how I got on, on the day.

I know I’m not the only one that has fallen to
the LRF bug this year! And it’s The Big Lerf
that got me hooked! I’ve loved being welcomed into
LRF World and I can’t thank you all enough for
helping me through the baby stages!

Thats some stunning sunrise fishing shots, plus thats a great amount a species in one day, very well done.im going to have to get in to this style a fishing more next year.

Mate I often watch you videos in total awe of your fishing and location and after 3 days of the big Lerf even more so with your tally I’d love the opportunity to come up from Cornwalls and fish your neck of the woods brilliant video
Thanks David. Glad you liked it. No need to be awe. I literally flicked a split shot rig out all day and caught. Brixham is well worth a drive up. You could pick up 20 species or more there on a good day. I was over the moon with 14. Had set myself a realistic target of five before I got there
I’m trying to put my first Cornish video together but mate I’d love to come up to brixham ive a meeting in Paignton next week so I’m hopefully I’ll try and drop into brixham any suggestions where I should head including parking lol would be awesome 😎
@@Kernow-lerf whereabouts will you be posting it? Will give it a watch. Brixham is a big place with a lot of climbing involved. How are you on slippery rocks? If you're not confident I'd suggest tye Breakwater first session. There are a few sets of steps to go down to nice level platforms.
@@FishingAroundBudleigh well until I get my head around shortcut I’ll not be posting although I could just use GoPro quick which is really easy to use. Thanks for tip I’m ok on rocks but I’m no mountain goat so the steps sound like a plan
I’ve always wanted to make a LRF video here in jersey but didn’t think anything of it. This has set me right up. Really enjoyed that bud 🙃😍
Thanks. Many more on my channel. I bet LRF over there is amazing! Just remember LRF is artificial baits and lures and you'll be laughing. There's not many decent LRF channels around. Devon Lerfer's are the only ones I find watchable really. You should do the Big Lerf Winter League this year.

@@FishingAroundBudleigh I had a mere 6 species over three days but quite a lot of each.
@@alanevans4232 that's the beauty of the Big Lerf. I'd have been happy with just one species. It's being part of a community that means more I think.

Fantastic video as usual mate I managed 8 speices the day before you filmed this down there not ringneck or Leperd spotted goby's though!! Incredible catches keep up the fantastic work
