Oh wow! That’s not a QA defect, that’s a manufacturing flaw! It’s literally falling apart. We need to get our money back or replacement....... I’m guessing the queue is filled because of their defective product. Smh...... $350! File a complaint with the BBB! I was going to get the Holosun 507 Comp. But, thought that I’d give the Bushnell a chance. Now I regret it. Only buying Holosun going forward. They haven’t failed me. Just wanted to give everyone the heads up. About the glass literally falling out.
@@Uncleprepper1 yeah that’s crazy! I’ve been rocking with holosun for 7 years now.... the closest thing to an issue that I’ve ever had was the mount for the magnifier. It lost tension. They replaced right away. In fact, I spoke with a rep within two rings of hitting the warranty option. Definitely file a BBB complaint. You may end up with your money back and a new red dot
That was the issue with the second one they sent me. The battery cap kept flying off after each shot. I think that they just have horrible Quality Control. Which is sad, because it could be an awesome optic.
@@Uncleprepper1 I joined their affiliate program a couple months ago. I couldn’t at all tell people to buy that optic. Not just because it failed, that stuff happens to optics from time to time. My issue there is how the company is handling it. No one answering the phone and a full inbox is unacceptable in my book. Customer service often times can outweigh most problems and in this case they need to fix that and then fix their product
I’m currently waiting on a replacement. I’m going to run about 300-500 rounds with it. Then I’ll make an update video. This could very well be a fluke. Or at least that is what I hope.
Oh wow! I figured Bushnell would've figured that issue out. I had a Bushnell Trophy red dot lens fall out during a match back in 2018. That red dot wasn't on a reciprocating slide, it was on a .22lr rifle. I do have one of these dots coming😅. What's that saying about fooling me😮?
well this blows, i was about to sell the Holosun EPS on my Echelon ONLY b/c it looks so small (might not be a good reason since its super crisp / clear / reliable) to try this this one out since i hate the look of the 507 comp. hope ya get it taken care of fast brotha

The update is, that I received a second optic from Bushnell. The second optic was also broken. Wish I had better news. But maybe it was just luck of the draw. That I received two broken optics.

I’m going to give them a chance to correct this. If I don’t hear back from them within a day or two. I will do exactly that.

Mine shut off after 30 rounds , 9mm , I had to press down on the battery cap to turn it on , hopefully I get a reply or replacement ..

I pretty much done with optics that aren’t Holosun. They are the ones that have held up for me.
