Thank you so much again for coming out to help me out!!! I so so so greatly appreciate it. Sorry you didn’t get any other thru hikers - the rest of my tramily behind me I think took awhile getting down Wildcat that day. It was so nice meeting you in person and the baby!!
It is so cool of you to get out there and try and give back to the through hiker community! It's also so great that you are getting out there with your kiddo. It is so important to show them a good example of an active lifestyle throughout their life to keep them happy and healthy.
I followed you when you did your AT and what an amazing job you did. Here you are blessing others and bringing your baby. You are my HERO. You touched my heart deeply with your servitude to other hikers. GOD BLESS YOU
how thoughtful and kind of you to think of another hiker. Kudos for going out on trail with your little girl. The trail is where you feel comfortable.🌻
You are so kind and generous! I’m sure you’ll have lots of other opportunities to give trail magic in the future! And how sweet to see you taking your baby on her first hike! 😊 Her hair is so beautiful!
Congratulations on your baby girl! Look at that sweet little noggin! Listen at her giving us precious baby sounds too! She is so lucky to have you as her Mama! Fun adventures for that future little hiker! ❤
I just Love you! Ur such an inspiration. Over a year ago I would watch your videos and I wanted to do exactly what you were doing so I started hiking I have never stopped. Because of U...I've found a whole new lifestyle. In Ever grateful. Thank u.
I got a bit emotional halfway through this video! 🥹🥲 It’s so delightful how much you love the trail, how it seems to be in your blood, and you’re so eager and able to share it with your little blood relative: your daughter! This is very sweet. 💖
Thank you for bringing us along. So happy for you and the baby. It is nice to see you getting her outdoors and introducing her to the beauty that surrounds us instead of the brick and mortar. We all may think that a baby so young would not know the difference but I truly believe the opposite. Enjoy. Safe hiking, and keep getting out there. 👣👣👣🌲❤️😊
Your baby is blessed to start experiencing the outdoors so young! Jen Pharr Davis did the same with her kiddos. It only gets better! Thanks for sharing! 🩷👶
How lovely to see you out on the trail with your baby! It was nice for me to see Pinkham Notch. I haven’t been there in years but I have fond memories.
Oh my gosh! Your little girl is SO adorable!! Lucky her getting to do a little hike with you in the great outdoors! And so sweet of you to think of the hikers and help them out. ❤❤❤
Taylor , It was great to see you @ trail days in Damascus . Congratulations on your baby girl arrival 🙂 Journeyman Jim here , thanks for continuing your channel , I enjoy all your content ….
I've been following Alicias videos for the last few years as well. ❤ It's great to see hikers supporting each other this way. All the best to Alicia on her hike this year. And we look forward to more adventures with you and your family. 🚶♂️🚶♀️
What a wonderful thing you did for Alicia. 😊 I hit the Whites last Saturday. Glad the heat and humidity finally broke. Great to see you back out there Nahamsha. Baby's 1st steps on the AT! ✌️
Momma Taylor it was such a treat to see your channel pop up on my screen. Said respectfully, you look wonderful and your baby has official made the first appearance on the AT. Whahoo. . I just recently started following Alicia on Facebook and her hike Sobo. You have a good heart and I just know you are going to be a great mother and teacher to your child. Keep posting and if you don’t mine may I ask your baby’s first name. Prayers lifted for your entire family. ❤😊
She likely won't answer this. There is a lot of discussion today about children being used for social media clout, or just plain overshared, when they have no say in the matter. It can have lasting impacts in their lives as they become older and grow up with others that could see their life unfold online. Taylor is likely making a conscious decision to not share because she recognizes this is the case.
Wow, how thoughtful, and it must have felt special to take your daughter out on trail. To get out of the house with a newborn is a feat on its own! Enjoy your maternity leave 😊
I love this post Taylor! It reminds me of following your AT hikes twice and then meeting you on the trail in Virginia! Congratulations on the birth of your daughter!
You. Are. Amazing! I had a ton of hair like your little one does. I bet you did too! I have started my Colorado Trail thru-hike and I think of you often. Colorado girl now on the Colorado Trail.
So cool that you are doing trail magic for other hikers! I hope your daughter loves hiking as much as you do. When my sons grew up to be old enough to decide their hobbies for themselves, they wanted nothing to do with hiking and backpacking. They're more into videogaming, heh.
Hi, Taylor... I've been following you since 2020 and I was vacationing in the Whites last week; I think I might have missed you by a day as I hiked the Lost Pond Trail with my granddaughter on Wednesday. darn darn 🙁🙁 We also stopped at Nahamsha Gifts on our way back to PA where I met your mom (so nice!) and picked up a few souvenirs. Sorry I didn't get to meet you - maybe on my next trip! Keep up the great hiking and mothering - you're a natural at both! 😍 P. S. Your daughter's hair is beautiful. 👶
Awesome to see you out on trail and your new little one. Her name must start with an E, saw it in your necklace how wonderful to go out and support Alicia. Ive been following her for a few years now too. Take it easy, and enjoy the trails
I barely remember my first hike on the AT: my dad took me on a one mile section of it in the Shenandoahs. One mile seemed like such a long, long way at the time! My your little kid have a long, happy hiking career.
That was a wonderful video, Taylor. Just like the olden days of last year! 😂 I can’t tell you how much I miss your daily AT vids. This one really brought me back to my daily AT fixes with you and BadBat! You seem so happy and full of life and love. And, now we have… Baby and her first Blaze! 👶⬆️🌲 How cool was that? Very cool indeed. 🙏🕊️🌿
Great idea to do some trail magic and lovely to get out in nature with the baby. She so reminds me of my little one when she was a baby as she also had a full head of dark hair! Enjoy!
Congrats on your first AT hike with the baby!🎉 you are such an inspiration for future mommas out there who also enjoy hiking and are worried about how their lives might change once a child is added in the mix ❤🙏
Taylor, hasn’t anyone told you that that you are supposed to look worn out, haggard and exhausted with a new born. I’m glad you appear bright and energetic. So happy for you your husband and your family.
I found your channel looking for proof that women could camp alone being 7 months pregnant. 😁. Awesome to see you back out. I got the Omni carrier at your recommendation. Can't wait to hit the trail with it. Unfortunately my baby has cried in the car seat so no long rides yet and I breastfeed. But I'm hoping to work through that just in time for cooler weather. Thanks for this confirmation for me! Any breastfeeding moms ever hike, backpack or car camp? Would like to hear about it and tips. My baby is 5 weeks old. I don't plan to pump until 6 months. Thanks!
A tiny bit bummed you only had just one hiker for the trail magic but, hey, more snacks for you!😊 Nice to see you gettin out in nature with the little one! Hoping she'll develop an interest in hiking and follows in your footsteps. Stay happy and keep smiling!
Taylor, love watching your videos. A friend and I are headed for a 3-day hike from Amicolola so been watching some of your videos. Have a question for you if you see this. We will end day 3 at Woody Gap. Do you know if there is a way to hire someone to take us from Woody Gap back to Amicolola State Park? Just not sure where to look. Thanks in advance!!
That is so cool. I met her in Georgia in 2022 on the AT and I have been following along the way as well. What is your baby's name? Take care, Rock N Roll
Wow, you are looking well. Very happy to see a woman being so positive about being a new Mum. I had four children and it's so tiresome to constantly hear all the negativity about early Motherhood and this was a nice contrast. I firmly believe that a Mother's attitude is reflected in how their children thrive, happy Mothers make happy babies.

What a thrill to be on your first baby toting AT hike. Congratulations you now are a momma hiker👍👍👍
I remember this spot on the AT (the iconic hair flip in 2021)
Your baby is adorable!
You have such an adventurous spirit; I’m sure your baby will inherit that. Good to see you back on trail; it’s what Taylor the Nahamsha does !!!

Awesome. Thanks
Look at that child’s beautiful hair !
It's not fair that a little baby has more hair than me! 😡
Great video
Beautiful day for the hike. Your baby daughter has a lot of hair! We'd love to see her face and know her name. Thanks.
Have you ever hiked Pinkham Notch to near the Flume Gorge?
Wow, you are looking well.

How far you walk a day.
Look at the hair on your daughter! 😮❤
You are the best 🥾🥾 omg the bebes little head I canttttt 😭😭💗🫶🏼
LMNT would be especially good when breastfeeding! Mom's need to really replenish their electrolytes with those additional fluid needs!
