Reflecting on these cherished memories fills my heart with joy and gratitude. I am so thankful for this beautiful life, filled with wonder - serene moments in nature, gorgeous views, camping, magical animal encounters, relaxing soaks in hot springs with friends, and exhilarating experiences like our thunderstorm hike. And always and forever grateful for Jerry - my favorite companion and the best adventure buddy I could ask for. He brightens every day and makes every experience more memorable, fulfilling, and fun. Wowee I have so much to be grateful for. God is good!
Recovering from my first encounter with C0v!d in January 2022 was a journey of patience and resilience. By June/July 2022, I finally started to regain my strength, and although I wasn't yet my pre-C0v!d self, I was grateful for the small victories.
I cherished every moment I could be outside, take leisurely hikes, explore the beauty of Colorado and work part time. With each passing day, I felt my vitality returning, and my sense of purpose rekindling. I was slowly reclaiming my life, and it felt amazing.
Through this experience, I have come to appreciate the beauty of slowing down and embracing life's simple joys. I am filled with gratitude and excitement for each new day, eager to live and love life to the fullest - in every way possible.
Every day unfolds as a new adventure filled with possibilities. The greatest gift is not wrapped up in what the day brings, but that I get to wake up to experience it. It's up to me to weave the tapestry of my day, thread by thread, choice by choice.
Some days may be more challenging than others, but I am the artisan of my own life. I get to decide how I will respond to each moment, each encounter, and each twist of fate. In this way, every day becomes a masterpiece of resilience, hope, and beauty. How do you want to weave the tapestry of your day?
