Great question, sorry I didn't mention it in the video. I generally let it dry 12 hours between coats. The last coat I let dry for two whole days because I wanted it to be harder when moving it around. It was really cold, but dry in the shop. If you are in a warmer, dry climate you could probably cut the time down a bit.
