BNA Models brought them in. Not sure if they are in stock? They are on ebay but prices vary? As I said in this video, Before I build I am waiting for some bugs to be worked out. Other than that it's a good looking kit!

I’d personally want to see an early b-17e kit with the remote turret made by airfix, also I thought Airfix supplied a crew with their b-17s
Academy's B-17F has the astrodome, which is funny since they market it as the Memphis Belle, which didn't have it.

You can add the "stinger tail" however, the waist gun positions are still staggered
That’s okay. Later B-17G’s with stinger tails had the staggered waist positions.

That’s always an option for one? At least with these kits they are not that expensive and one can get all that is needed at a reasonable price.
Do you recall where you got the stinger tail? I've run into the same issue with only the Cheyenne tail.
