Awesome video.intesting info...Been hand painting helmets, would like to implement airbrushing! Wondering your thoughts on a gravity side fed airbrush, like the Renegade Spirit. Looking at getting a Badger Krome but op for getting Renegade Spirit just for the reason the cup is on th e side..With your experiance painting does the cup on top get in the way. whats your take
Pricing on these paint jobs varies. It all depends on how much detail will but put into the work. More detail = more money. Iota also depends on the artist. A well known artist who paints for NHL goalie will more than likely be more expensive. Overall I'd say an average paint job on these masks would be anywhere around 500-800 USD. More detailed masks with portraiture and things like that can go up to 1000-1200$
If it inspired the little guy to play more and try harder id say its money well spent. When I started playing my Mom could only afford crappy equipment. One year she bought me a brand new trapper and blocker. I still play today I am not saying that was the only reason but feeling a little more like my favourite pro sure made me want to get better.
It's funny that for every team I've ever seen called the Senators (or Sens), none have ever had an actual toga-wearing senator as their mascot, it's always a Roman centurion, which is very different.
Wow that Fleury design is awasome. love him
Very nice ! ... How do you actually transfer / draw your design onto the Helmet (Video ?)

How much does this cost?
My metallica goalie mask was $1150 to paint by a well known automotive/airbrush painter. Prices vary, anywhere from $550 to $1500.
