I don't agree on going vertical as they create slums too.

Realization if seriousness of this issue which is directly and indirectly involve in crime as well.
    1. Environmental degradation: Urbanization typically leads to deforestation, pollution, loss of biodiversity, and increased greenhouse gas emissions, all of which contribute to climate change and negatively impact the environment.
    2. Displacement of communities: As cities expand and urbanize, there is often a displacement of local communities and indigenous populations, leading to social unrest, poverty, and loss of traditional ways of life.
    3. Overcrowding and congestion: Urban areas can become overcrowded and congested, leading to increased traffic, pollution, and stress on infrastructure and public services. This can result in lower quality of life for residents.
    4. Urban sprawl: Urbanization often leads to unchecked growth and development, resulting in urban sprawl that consumes valuable agricultural land, natural habitats, and open spaces. This can exacerbate issues of food insecurity, loss of biodiversity, and lack of access to green spaces.
    5. Inequality and social segregation: Urbanization can lead to increased inequality and social segregation, with wealthier neighborhoods often segregated from poorer areas. This can result in disparities in access to healthcare, education, and other essential services, leading to social unrest and instability.

If you've seen this video, I urge you to watch it again. Listen carefully. Actively participate in neighborhood and community planning. Our ignorance is leaving behind a big mess for our children ahead. Please don't let cities become urban slums. Act by advocating, learn by participating!

Sir you are absolutely correct but here in pakistan everyone has only one interest which how one can make money without working for it legallly or illegally . its a very shamefull act but its true. .....we have to change mind set of our people which is very difficult to do. but not impossible. The question is who will start to make this issue resolved..

I request that people there to watch videos for channels (Not just bikes,, City beautiful)...
We should get rid of these urban societies,,we should improve our cities with good local architecture instead of All modern cities
Need to redesign cities with community involvement,, with plans mass transit (highspeed trains, trams, subways, monorail etc).. need to redesign cities with better walkability, seperate cycle lanes, better and safe,,less lane road's and Streets ..
With alot of green areas city squares,,
Discourage zone and give boom to mix land was...
Need to discourage single family homes..
I have a better economic plan there through my research the a country like Pakistan afford...if anyone wants to talk about it...
    Let's have some talked

Instead of going vertical gov. Should put efforts in building new cities. Going vertical is temporary fix.

its not temporary fix, look in China, they created ghost towns, vertical is the only way for us now

İ dont understand one thing: When we have expert resources in almost every field of society why are we still a below average society. İs it because of our pathetic national culture and lack of meritocrocracy or are there multiple factors for it?
