By hindsight of course, Shuja comes across as articulate and suave writer doing an admirable job in the defence of Pakistan Establishment ! Shehzad deserves kudos for asking the right questions in a persuasive tone.
Ever heard of Rome? The United States or every other empire in world history? They can benefit for a long time. In any case, no nation lasts for ever, and not a second longer than God wills.
India doesn't want to take care of 220 million people on the cost of 1.3 billion people tax payers money. That is ture no internet in Pakistan except POK.
The problem now seems to be the fact that military has divided itself and going all out to unite the opposition. " Despotism creates the circumstances of its own undermining. The information gets worse. The sycophants get greater in number. The corrective mechanisms become fewer. And the mistakes become much more consequential" - S. Kotkin.
The Vietnam War ended in 1975. The recurrent annual cost of the war , to the American people, peaked in 2020. The Afghan war’s cost to Pakistan may have to be paid for generations of Pakistanis long after the war toys gained are scrapped..
Crossing the boundary between sanity and insanity is just too much for a people who have no social contract whatsoever, with the military, to run its politics.
Very impressed with your intellect and questions, which come from a lot of reading and a curious mind. May your tribe increase, especially in Pakistan, from where we don't get much realistic and good content as yours, Shehzaad bhai. I'm sure there are more people like you, but we don't see them. All the best..
The water shortage is the worst issue. I live in not so bad area of Karachi and we're facing extreme shortage for the last couple of months. The government have to wake up and start setting things up before it turns into a conflict.

Khalilzad, the CIA guy who was the "brain" of the Iraq invasion, met Bajwa (head of military) just days before the no-confidance-motion came up. Now add to this that Khalilzad was also involved in the "supposed" victory of the Taliban over US. There is no such thing as coincidence in geopolitics. Also, if you watch how Donald Lu was questioned (almost interrogated) in a US committee in the Senate on "Pakistan and Sri Lanka" ... well look at Sri Lanke now ... it's a failed state. This is what they have in mind for Pakistan, and India is playing a big role in it. Imran Khan is literally fighting for survival of Pakistan as a nation. But leave all that aside, just understand that out of the 246 years the US has been in existence ... it was NOT at war only for 4 years. War and USA is like Oil and Saudi Arabia ... no war = no USA. So anyone who is asking for hard evidence of US meddling in Pakistan politics, is ignoring history.
I expected some honest answers from shuja nawaz but he unfortunately is just throwing and towing establishment’s narrative and refrain from highlighting the duality and duplicity and double game .. rather he emphasized on proving military establishment of Pakistan as very innocent and naive .. rather shows it as victim of west. Good questions but shezad should have been more proactive

long awaited. Thanks, Shehzad. listening right away.

You sir deserve alot of praise for The Pakistan experience series. Impressed with your questioning too. Thankyou
Thanks a lot for this knowledgeable conversation :)
It is also possible that India has never wanted to initiate a conflict with pakistan.

That these fools will never see. Just like they can never see the truth about momo

Vow ! Talking about separating religion from state . Great ...
Never in pakistan. Both military and politicians find it the best tool to maintain their power. Basically religion as a tool is useful in illiterate
Societies only.
