  • How to fix U0107 Code: Lost Communication with Throttle Actuator Control Module
A U0107 code is set when the throttle actuator control (TAC) module can’t communicate with other vehicle modules (ECM/PCM).
The throttle actuator is a small DC motor that opens and closes the plate in a throttle body.
It opens and closes the throttle plate based on data from the Accelerator Pedal Position (APP) and throttle position sensor (TPS).
Possible Causes of a U0107 Code:
Bad Battery or Alternator Charging issues
    Wiring or Blown Fuse
    Bad TAC Control Module
By using this information user assumes all risk of use.

Same deal; 2003 Chevrolet Silverado 2500hf wt and literally have replaced the tac module, the throttle body position sensor and throttle body, picked up a pedal position sensor from the junkyard, a new sensor for the throttle body from the auto parts store have yet to put it in but I've been having battery issues where my auxiliary battery is pouring corrosive fluid but it's still a good battery and the "new battery on primary side" from dealer has seemed to be a dead cell battery since I got it back broken I had to tow it home after they had it for a year because I couldn't pay for their bullshit. I did all new grounds but I'm not sure where I should ground the PCM wire that I put on the computer bolt corner where should I ground that to? I'm worried I will fry my computer as I started the truck after I did all the new grounds and it shut itself down but I also had a loose terminal on the positive side that kept popping out still the same codes though like eight codes all related to the throttle body correlation 1-2. Any suggestions? I have a new relay for the auxiliary battery the other one looks like it's toast I'm going to try fixing my battery system today so that I don't have to worry about the battery causing problems
