- This is how I trained my AMC-ST from 3 stars (56%) all the way to +9 stars (180%) .. from this point forward I recommend claiming the top scorer reward and try to make this player the man of the fixture in all the 50 games of the season to push his level to 195%.

Wow i am a level 32 club manager but never use this kind of training, so that's how you use rest. I thought you supposed to train them together hahah
When you trsin them together you get team bonus for attack, defense and psyshal
But when you trsin 1 player you dont get team bonus but that one player will be better

The % was negative actually, still being shown as 1%.
These Mutant Players not so effective anymore like a year ago or so. Still good Training.
