Love the sound of your organ and listening to you play, Dwayne. I didn't know that there were separate organists for the Cardinals and the Blues. I just assumed that Jeremy Boyer did both.
I'm glad you're keeping the tradition alive with the playing of "Here Comes the King," which I especially love to hear on opening day and during the playoffs. It is a unique niche that belongs to the Cardinals and Blues.
The only thing I would change in your repertoire is the "charge" call. At the games I've gone to, it comes off a little slow and lazy sounding and doesn't evoke the adrenaline and enthusiasm from the crowd that it could.
That said, the best charge call I've heard over the years actually came from former Cardinals/Blues organist Ernie Hays. It was simple, but generated an electric response and momentum from the crowd.
Again, thank you for keeping the organ tradition alive in St. Louis. As an organist myself, and a baseball and hockey fan, it's what I look forward to hearing the most when I come to the ballpark/arena.
    Let's go Blues and Cards!

I was just at Busch this past weekend back on Saturday (my first time there too) as my Brewers were there taking on the Cards and I have to say, he plays that organ well! Definitely heard a lot of that 1st one (Here Comes The King) as it was played during all of the pre-game festivities to honor the 40th anniversary of the 1982 world series champion team.

What is the song called? Does it refer to St. Louis?

    • @PauwerFurry

The song is called “Here Comes The King.” It was a song created for and used in an old Budweiser beer commercial. The company’s flagship brewery and headquarters is located in St. Louis. The St. Louis Cardinals have used the song for many years now.
The commercial features the iconic Budweiser Clydesdales pulling a cart of beer, which is reflected in the Cardinals opening day ceremony, where they do the same thing.

It appears to be an Lowrey Aria Pro, the last Lowrey produced before they stopped production in 2019.
