It’s all totally amazing, I just love these videos. I really like watching the men or women at work and seeing their craftsmanship. Thanks Wentworth Wood House.
These videos are amazing. I love them and it’s really good how you repair old parts to show us what the stables looked like when the family lived here.
Great that this is progressing and superb narration but can you please desist with the upbeat and very annoying music! It’s a grade 1 building and the music (if there needs to be any) should be more in keeping.
Selecting music to accompany the videos is difficult. Some viewers love it, some dislike it. We have two updates in production for February, so we'll try something different with the edit of these. Please do let us know what you think.
Oh dear, someone has discovered the music button. Is it really necessary to have that inappropriate music. I think I have watched every video put out about the restoration works and must say this 'slick production' presentation is certainly not to my taste. Just a thought, were there any plans of the alterations that might have helped us understand what is happening in the stables building because all I could see was a load of steelwork going up and what looked like demolition of original structure.
Earlier videos in the series do explain why we're doing the current works at the Stables and they allude to the bigger picture of our longer term plans for the site. In the February update video, we'll include a section about the wider ambition to help give context to the current project. It's an exciting project and it'll take several years to come to fruition.

The amount and complexity of the project is mind boggling! I'm glad you have a lot of good brain-power there!
Glad you enjoy it!
Always enjoy the updates. So many challenges. Hopefully no more weather delays.
Hope so :-)
