In India, same-sex marriage is not legal, and there is an ongoing debate on whether or not to legalize it. In 2018, the Indian Supreme Court struck down a colonial-era law that criminalized homosexuality, which was a significant step towards decriminalizing same-sex relationships in India. However, the legalization of same-sex marriage has yet to be addressed by the Indian government.
There are both supporters and opponents of same-sex marriage in India. Supporters argue that legalizing same-sex marriage would be a step towards equality and would grant same-sex couples the same legal rights and privileges as heterosexual couples. They also argue that denying same-sex couples the right to marry is a form of discrimination.
Opponents of same-sex marriage in India typically base their arguments on religious or cultural grounds, citing the traditional definition of marriage as between a man and a woman. Some also argue that legalizing same-sex marriage would lead to a breakdown of social norms and values.
Overall, the debate on same-sex marriage in India is ongoing, and the issue remains a complex and sensitive topic. The case is in the Supreme Court and we have the two petitioners with us.

दोस्तों के मजाक और कटाक्ष को हंसी में टालने का दिखावा करते हैं।
नौकरी लगते ही जीवन और पहाड़ हो जाता है हमारा।
देखते हैं जब दोस्तों की शादियां हो रही हैं, उनके बच्चे हो रहे हैं... तब हम मां पापा की शादी वाली डिमांड को हम टाल रहे होते हैं।
कहते हैं की वो मां बाप हैं,
सब समझते हैं लेकिन इतना नही समझ पाते की उनका बेटा लड़कों को पसंद करता है और किसी का जीवन बर्बाद न हो इसलिए शादी से भाग रहा है।
नही समझ पाते वे की उनका बेटा ऑलरेडी पिछले 15 सालों से घुट रहा है, ऑफिस के माहौल को जैसे तैसे सह रहा है... फिर क्यों वे जबरदस्ती शादी कर के उसे और नर्क में झोंक रहे हैं?
लेकिन क्या करें... हम समलैंगिक लोग किसी को नाराज नही कर पाते और मम्मी पापा को तो बिलकुल नहीं... और इस तरह उनकी इच्छाओं की पूर्ति के लिए कर लेते हैं।
सुहागरात से शुरू होता हमारी लाइफ का चक्रव्यूह,
मौत यहां भी हमारी होती है।
या तो होता है तलाक
या फिर जीवन भर पत्नी को धोखा देने के अपराधबोध में मर मर कर जीते रहो।
इस बीच अपनी सेक्स की तलब को शांत करने के लिए हम लेते हैं सहारा गे डेटिंग ऐप्स और मसाज पार्लर का और कहलाते हैं ठरकी।
30 की उम्र के बाद एक शादी शुदा गे जो दुनिया को दिखाने के लिए तो एक परिवार वाला है लेकिन अंदर से बिलकुल खाली।
अरे तुम हमे मानसिक बीमार कहते हो,
मान लिया हम बीमार हैं... लेकिन काश इस बीमारी का इलाज तो होता। नही चाहता कोई गे होना, यह केवल एक सजा है हमारे लिए और कुछ नही।
अभिमन्यु के चक्रव्यूह में मौत केवल एक दिन हुई थी
यहां हम रोज मरते हैं, मानसिक मौत।
