      @@gardensofthegods I am in my mid forties and have absolutely no wrinkles, which i am thankful for; but I cannot attribute it to this one supplement. I (unfortunately) get almost no sun, eat keto/low carb, and take a pile of different supplements for my health. I also got lucky as far as my genes: my ancestors didn’t wrinkle much…though they did sag heavily in their later years. I guess gravity always wins, if you live long enough! ;) Wish I could be more help. :/

    Great! You have made a video about silica that I yesterday mentioned about it on your previous video about osteoporosis. So I noticed that people have been asking about diatomaceous earth food grade (DE). The simple method is add a fullspoon of DE in a container gallon fill it up with water, let it settle down to the bottom that takes 3 to 5 days. After that, you drink the water but be careful not to disturb the DE at the bottom, that water contains trace amount of orthosilicic acid. The reason why this method is important is because DE contains 80 to 90% of silicon dioxide, when it gets in contact with water, it becomes an organic silica form called orthosilicic acid. Same thing how stomach acid forms organic silica when ingesting silicon dioxide but it is poorly absorbed. So there you have it. And if you want to look for herbs that has high source silica, look for bamboo stalks silica extract or butcher's broom.

      GiGi
      Nettle Root (inhibits DHT)
      Lugol’s Iodine (lowers cortisol and strengthens thyroid. I noticed within minutes of taking the iodine something was different and I FEEL it when I’m not taking it).
      Organic Multivitimin - We should ALL be doing this.
      Daily Spirulina -this is my primary source of greens but it’s also one of the only plant sources of DHA Omega 3 fatty acids.
      Nutritional yeast - Cheat code for b vitimins
      Tablespoon of flax - omega 3s
      If you have VERY high sensitivity to DHT, maybe nettle is not strong enough. Eventually I got Finasteride 1 mg which inhibits more DHT than nettle. It’s the only synthetic thing I take. It was so sensitive on my mom’s side of the family that I am the ONLY male my age (26) I know of that has not gone bald. Even my brother shaved his head at 19! I have ALL my hair and am braiding it in a few weeks. However even with the finasteride when I slipped up my routine for a couple weeks it didn’t matter. The healthy hormone and nutrition regiment was not to be trifled with and blocking DHT was not nearly enough. I had major shedding within a few weeks and patches rapidly appeared.
      Lastly I eat a high protein low net carb diet. I’m not sure if this has a major effect as I saw most of the hair improvements before changing my diet but it was worth mentioning.
      The only thing I can stress is do not get lazy with the routine. You do this every day and you’ll have healthy hair every day. You miss 1 or 2 things for a day here and there and it doesn’t matter. But getting lax is a fatal mistake. Good luck :)

    I am recently very interested in herbs, and especially in weeds! So I took a deep dive and first up was a weed called Cleavers, a perennial favorite of human and canine herbalists. Also called stickyweed because it's like velco and grows everywhere. Side note: UK uses it a lot in their holistic canine blends but you cannot find anything here is the states. I harvested about 6 handfuls this weekend in a secluded area and rinsed it well. Then I juiced it and got about 8 oz of rich dark green juice. I take it 4xd, just a tsp in water. My dogs get it 2xd. It is known for increasing lymphatic circulation, which is why I was interested. BUT it is also rich in Silica and VIt C! It's nice to know that there is something organic and free out there that is so beneficial. Thank you Dr. Berg for giving all the benefits of this amazing mineral. Good to know K2 pairs well with it.

    If you want iron bones like on the movie Avatar what you want is organic silica which the body transmutes into calcium. (And don't weaken your bones by consuming carbonated drinks). Organic silica is found in young tender plants before the stalks get strong. Horsetail picked in spring when it looks like Asparagus is the top source and alfalfa sprouts is the most readily available. I eliminated 10 years of back pain within weeks and it helps reduce joint pains. The lining in chicken and duck eggs is almost pure organic silca which the embryo converts into calcium in the chick. This explains how chicks have 4x the calcium as can be found in the egg. The lining from duck eggs is more easily removed and consumed. Dr. William Jackson covers this in his 2015 book Life More Abundant..

That the chick gets his skeleton from the silica in the white part of the egg. I’ve been told taking calcium from pills is actually harmful but then taking silica allows your body to convert the silica into calcium in your body. Your thoughts would be very much appreciated on this analogy thank you!

    He's right. I've had silica or silicone dioxide and have used it for my skin and hair for quite some time in conjunction with other properties that I normally tend to use. It is extremely viscous in higher amounts and tends to absorb very quickly. I have felt the tightening effects of it almost as if it repaired aging cells throughout my body. It is indeed a trace mineral but it's quite essential and many people overlook what minerals are able to accomplish for you. Vitamins outweigh the absorption of minerals which we tend to lack so much of.

    • @craigsips8677
      @craigsips8677 3 ปีที่แล้ว

      gardensofthegods aluminium in it's natural form is attached to the silica molecule, together they are the second and third most abundant material in the earths crust and totally harmless. About a 150years ago we discovered that if we pass electricity through the aluminium we can separate it from the silica and viola! We have industrial aluminium that we can use for everything from heavy industrial car manufacture to bathroom toiletries.... but.... toxic to humans!
      When you drink a water rich in silica the silica reattaches to the aluminium molecule and you pee it out. Apparently it's very effective and the results are immediately apparent.
