Nice video mam, I Have five questions.
1) why we left primary branches for emasculation?
2) what is the flowering pattern of flowers?
3) In mustard hybrids are not as much as popular in other often cross pollinated crops... Like pigeonpea, cotton, etc. Why?
4) what is the planting ratio of male and female flowers for hybrid seed production?
5) what amount of heterosis is obtained generally in hybrids?

1. secondary branches are many you have better option of selecting right stage of buds
2. Inflorescence is recemose, indeterminate type, flowering starts from older buds and moves to young ones later, self-pollinated but out crossing is facilitated by insects, principal pollinators honey bees

Very few hybrids are popular than open pollinated varieties as
a. Extent of heterosis is low 20-40% over standard check.
b. Lack of proper CGMS system: 100% true restoration is lacking
c. Good heterosis for number of siliquae, but poor seed set
d. Smaller grain size than OP veriety
e.higher G×E interaction, less stable across location
4. Male: female ratio- 2:4 is best, but some reports are even for 2:8 too

Madam why we don't make crosses on primary branch?

Due to apical dominance will break, primary branch will terminate there only and side shoot will grow vigorously, taller than primary branch. Instead secondary branches are many you have better option of selecting right stage of buds
