I’ve got books I’ll gladly unhaul but I can’t bring myself to do it because I keep thinking I wanted them at one point so just keep it. But I’m running out of room so there’s a chance of an unhaul happening :)

Ooh, I discovered Emery Robin because of this video. I am slowly getting into sci-fi particularly space-setting/space opera-inspired ones, thanks to Leviathan Wakes.
I love these two books by Darcy Coates: "House of Shadows" and "House of Secrets" they're my favs from her. I haven't read her other books, they're not my cup of tea because I like a little romance with my horror.
It's fine, you can miss out on one of the best series by unhauling chorus of dragons... you do you honey 🤣🤣 No but really, sounds like a refreshing unhaul! More room for the romantasy gems ;)))
I only keep 4 star and above books on my shelves unless they are special for some reason. I don't have a lot of shelf space so I can't keep books I didn't love. Also I will unhaul a book if I found out it has any sort content I'm just not into reading about. That doesn't happen often, but sometimes!
@@MelLenoreReads but I will say I have a HARD time unhauling a book I haven't read because I'm afraid I'll love it and have to go back out and buy it haha
I simply cannot unhaul a book I haven't read. I just read a book that I DNF'ed 12 years ago and I loved it! I wasn't in the mood then, but I was certainly in the mood for it now. I just never know what I'm going to enjoy so I can't abandon hope that an unread book will be loved. I do need to get better at booting pretty books when I finish them, but didn't like them lol.
I unhaul most of my books after I read them. I have to really live them for them to stay on my shelves. Part of the reason I unhaul is because I love donating to LFL so that hopefully someone else can find them and love them.
@MelLenoreReads Nothing better than donating an entire series or getting to add the first book in a series to a LFL that had others in the series, but not the first.
Should I keep Emily Wilde’s Encyclopedia of Faeries? I read it and gave it a 3 stars. It was good but not great and not one of my favorites but it’s good. Idk if I should Unhaul it or not.

I unhaul as I read anything below a four I don’t keep. I also unhaul if I’ve had 5he book a long time and just haven’t picked it up.
