- Today, Mallory and Lauren demonstrate how to apply shrink bands to our new Ready to Label products! Heat Shrink Bands are easy to apply and are a cost-effective way to provide tamper-evident protection to products. We recommend using a heat gun for seamless application, but a high quality hair dryer with a high heat setting may also work in a pinch. Interested in our Ready to Label Products? You can find our entire collection here (goo.gl/22Loue), and check out are other services such as label application and Amazon kitting!

Y'all's presentation skill is top notch. Well done guys
Glad this was helpful! :)
Thank you so much for this illustration. This will save my cosmetic line a lot. Thank you.
Great instructions, and having a visual aid for the process is incredibly helpful. Thanks!

Thanks! Great Information for my candles🕯
Awesome! Glad that this was helpful for you :)
I think on the second bottle you failed to have the plastic shrinks/wraps around the mouth/opening of the bottle?
Thanks for this
Very informative!
Great job👍🏾
thank you
Thank you.
You're welcome!
Is this great to do on beauty products, preferably lipsticks?
I found if they don't fit you can flatten the creased seam edges to make then about 1/8 of an inch bigger.
Thanks
You're welcome!
What size would I use for a regular size lipstick
I can't find the size I need for a 1.5 in diameter dropper bottle. Will the larger size for 2-21/2" bottles shrink enough?
Great video ty, where did you purchase the shrink bands or is that something you sell.
Is it possible to cover the whole bottle
Does this prevent product leakage? I recently launched a body oil packaged in boston round w/ a flip top. One of my retailers said 1 of the bottles leaked during shipping. I double check all closures for tightness before packing. Would this keep the flip part of the closure in place? Or is there a better solution?
Thanks for the nice tutorial.
Is this suitable for nail cosmetics?.. Will it affect the product quality.
What is the name of that polythene paper? How to ask from a shop?
Hi, can I use a gas torch instead if don't have heat gun
Your bottles are cute, where did you get it?
Great presentation. Where can I find that pretty first container you demonstrated on?
Container & Packaging have some great options such as this pretty one ==> www.containerandpackaging.com/products/39/airless-pump-set/A401
Also if you let them know you’re an Essential Wholesale & Labs customer, they will provide you with 10% off.
Do you shrink wrap for 1oz roll on bottles?
If I have a 19mm high jar what mm of shrink wrap shoukd I use? Having trouble finding any thing smaller than 28mm height. the diameter is 1.5". Do you have a preferred company you get your shrink wrap from?
Following
What if you have lotion pumps...the press on types, can you shrink band them?
You can shrink wrap those. They require a different type of shrink wrap than what we show you in the video. Those kind of shrink wraps look more like a bag than they do a sleeve. I would recommend searching google for "how to shrink wrap pump bottles"
Great
Great!

I was waiting for you to show us how you applied it to the shorter containers without getting your fingers burned... and you DIDN"T show us.
What are the plastic bottles made of? (type of plastic)
The RTL Bottles are mostly PET bottles, the frosted looking bottle is a mix of plastics, SAN, PP, and also aluminum - that one requires a little less heat to heat-shrink wrap
Is it okay to shrinkwrap Rubbing Alcohol Bottle?
It should be okay.
The issue I always have is the same issue she clearly had with the bubbling and the wrap not being smooth.
Hmmmm it's her 1st time yet in her expedience......which is it?
Used a blow dryer and the stickers melted 😂
