Hey Tara, if you want to make this process quicker, just measure your bottle with a tape measure, then multiply each length and width measurement by 300. You can then make a custom label with those calculations by going to the homepage, selecting "create new", "blank canvas" and "create custom" in the top right corner. Just input your calculations (inches x 300 for width and length) as pixels. The label will be the exact size you need! Hope this is helpful.

Just so yall know if you have a laser printer that only printer black you can get a minc machine or any laminater machine and add color foil to the label! Even a cricket machine can foil a label.
What an awsome and helpful tutorial. I will buy one of those weather proof sheets for my labels, I just need to buy a laser printer since mine is inkjet printer. I usually measure the surface of the product like the container or candle vessel with a measuring tape to have an accurate measurement for label making.
I was about to put in an order to get some labels printed up (and pray they all get here on time LOL) but it might just be faster & easier to print them myself... 🤔

This is a great video. What I do to make my labels waterproof is add clear packing tape. I havnt tried that on a cricut though.

Have you calculated for your time, the toner, paper the cost of picmonkey and find it cheaper than outsourcing the labels? Can you give a ballpark for how much you're saving going this route?

I just sanitize them, but rinsing them first wouldn’t be a bad idea.

I'm using a zebra thermal label printer for mine. It cuts cost on ink and images can never run. It was much more cost effective.
I tried a thermal printer, but the ink smeared when it got wet. Maybe the zebra printer is different from the one I used
A thermal printer uses heat to burn the images in. There's no ink used that's why it cuts the cost of ink.
I also realized the quality of labels played a huge part.
I needed this from South Africa❤️
How do I label a lip balm which is smaller is it same concept?

Just wondering, when making skincare samples, do you need to sterilize the mylar bags?? I would think so but then how would the water dry in the corners inside?
I wouldn’t since it would be difficult to dry them out. As long as they are clean they should be fine to fill

Inkjet isn’t waterproof. You can buy a colored laser printer to make it colored. The printer I use only prints black and white.
