I think Phaleur did win, we just never found the unlisted video. There’s definitely other videos put up by him that we never saw- in the Shorts Wars Evangelion intro, there’s one shot of Phaleur looking into a window from the room and one shot of Clone Phaleur. Neither of those were seen elsewhere even though pretty much all of the video was reused moments throughout the series. There’s more- we just haven’t found it. Problem is, none of us know where to look…
