I'm 48 and started Neuriva and my Dad who is 74 is taking as well he's had strokes n I had a concussion. It has helped us both, me with clarity and flow of thought..he is able to find words and say sentences and express them easier and stronger verbally when he talks. I like Neuriva ❤

I have done Prevagen for over 10 years. I'm not a medical professional so I can't speak to the science but I know that this supplement is doing something noticeable. Word recall is improved. I experienced a significant improvement in executive function. By executive function, I mean my ability to plan and anticipate future events. Its helpful because the work that I do requires a lot of planning to achieve successful outcomes. Am I smarter? Maybe a little. Now the side affect: I have developed tinnitus in both ears. When I stop taking it, I turn back into the same dimwit I have always been.

I've been taking it for a month now, the neuriva plus. I was coming out of a 7.5 year very traumatic inducing, paralyzing abusive relationship/engagement with a narcissist who is addicted to crack cocaine. I have 4 children, 2 elderly parents, a lot on my plate but my very strong faith truly got me through first and foremost. The neuriva supplements also seemed to help, me n my family were joking about how once I started to take the neuriva for a few days I was able to kick him out and stand my ground on it as well!! I doubt it was solely the supplement lol but who knows maybe it helped undo some of the brainwashing and confusion etc. trauma bond and such! For the first time in years I'm thinking of MY future, not his! I've developed a road map and the Lord revealed to mey purpose a few years ago, I've been planning ever since but now it's finally time to take action!! I will be continuing the supplements! ❤ Pricey but I was desperate, as their was certainly times my mind was definitely slipping especially towards the end! Once my therapist said healing from this is the same seriousness and process of healing from incest, that's when I started loosing it a bit. Thank God I'm not in prison or dead, all my kids are healthy and safe, I'm not in a mental institution, I'm taking the neuriva to help heal my mind the best I can ❤ so if its working for me under these circumstances, I recommend!! My thinking process, planning, depression, anxiety,worry, reasoning,my reason why , my plans career wise etc

Don't waste your money. Neither supplement has chemicals that enter the brain from the blood-brain barrier. Neuriva is the only one if you really want it.

​@AzaleinePorant I've been taking it for ~3 weeks, and i don't see too much of a difference, honestly. Maybe I can recall things ever so slightly better, but not by much. I think I'll probably just finish up what's left of these capsules and then just buy vitamins B and Phosphatidylserine supplements separately, per the video recommendation.
Edit: I'm 25 yrs old and in avg. shape.

Thanks Doctor. I just checked my Centrum “minis” vitamins for men. I see it includes B12 100mcg / 4,167% of drv ha. I’m 60 and see these commercials that can be appealing. Thanks for your rational breakdown here.

It says on the box for those over 18 years old. My advice to you from experience. Eating apples + oranges + bell peppers daily will help you focus a lot.
