I review various artist rendition of bee gees and this band is very pleasing to the ears when they sing, not to mention they repproduce the song almost 100%

The drummer is the eldest brother and mentor. He taught his other brothers to play a guitar and other instruments.
While it is true that the drummer is the eldest in this bunch of brothers, (they still have other elder brothers) he is not the mentor. It's RJ who is on the keyboards here who is the mentor.
The one playing bass is the first disciple and his name is Raplh.
Raymart is the brother who plays rhythm guitar. They have the youngest brother among all siblings by the name of Roy who is added to this band and he plays the keyboard.
Rj can practically play all instruments aside from doing the lead.
Reno is the drummer's name.
Nope RJ is the one who teaches his older brother and other siblings.
