Hey coach I started out 4 days ago as a complete beginner and it took me just under 90 mins to complete now i complete it with under 40 mins its mental how much more precise I am in just 4 days this will be my new shoot8ng routine and when I'm more advanced I might add variations on these drills but for now I'm sticking with the basics 🎉❤

Hey coach, how much should i allow elbow flair in my shot? if it flairs, i have more power but its not straight, but if there isnt flair, then its straight without power
Literally all you got to do is use your off hand , when you dribble attack towards the rim and the defender hand checks you trying to navigate you ? Use that off hand and you’ll blow by then trust me . Some defenders play without hand check they just follow you yet they attempt to steal . You can also use the off hand protection to blow by em .
how long does this take abt bc i’m 13 and didn’t make the basketball team and copied your workout but i play baseball and have siblings that play sports so i’m struggling to get a good basketball workout that also 30 minutes or so
