David Brown who owned Aston Martin, called some of his more desirable & beautiful cars DB after his initials….what about using Simon’s initials SD for some of his more exclusive models. URBAN AUTOMOTIVE is a brilliant brand, so I think Simon should use his initials.
Renault, Porsche, Chevrolet, Audi and Ford have all used RS in the car names. Might be worth looking in to how they all could without being sued. Keep it simple and if you can call it the RS+ edition that way you can keep the RS with the tooling you’ve already made.
Try something like ABT where they used RS-R preventing VW group getting to them , so why don’t you use U-RS or RS-U I think a few have suggested the same

Famously Ford tried to stop Skoda from using RS. Ford lost so Skoda put a V (For Victory) in front of the letters and the vRS was born. I like the comments that you should put FU (for fully urban 😉) in front of the RS. Best of luck.
May be a bit of a naive thing for me to suggest, but how about just going ahead with just ‘R’ ? Could you adapt the existing tooling to save on costs of totally retooling?

More than likely the different people all claiming "RS" are doing so in different categories within the motor industry. So long as you do not infringe in their category and exact name in that category, you may have a case to fight.

SKODA were going to name their original Octavia speedy saloon the RS until Ford said they couldn’t, so SKODA put a small v (mimicking the accent on the S in SKODA) in front, hence vRS was born. Perhaps you can do something similar? uRS?
