If my parents are in the US and my sister and my self are in Colombia but different cities, can we use a Family Plan?
I think I've checked this before. It only works within one country.
How to fix country? When I upgrade and pay via credit card it says that there's a problem with the country. I can't find ways how to fix it, I already tried google play payment and subscriptions then credit card country its already in philippines

Does it mean we can see each other's data? And another thing, can I limit how much GB each person can get? Or they all share the same limit?
Sharing data limit is not the same as sharing data access. You can share your files via Google Drive. Contact Google support if you have any more specific questions.

Hi Jay! I'm thinking about creating a family plan with my wife and her sister in law. Can yo uconfirm that if I buy a 2TB plan and create a family and add those 2 people in that they are just using their google photos / google drive as they normally would but sharing the larger pool of total storage? Somebody told me that once you create a family plan everyone in the family can see and access EVERYTHING with everyone in the family by default and it cant be changed. We do not want this! Is this true? Does anything look or feel different to you about the experience once you enabled this?
I'm not sure it can't be changed once switched over. This plan on applies if everybody is in the same country. I would chat with a Google support person.

I don't think there is a limit so whoever uses it up the fastest.

No. The total is shared among the family members

Why add an extra step and hide it deep within the settings when its exactly what we're trying to do in the first place?
