- MultiVersus is finally here, and with it came a few new characters, like Banana Guard from Adventure Time, Jason Vorhees, and The Joker. Today, Im gonna be diving into one of the new perks we got on launch called Airwalker, which I believe has the most potential out of any perk in the game.

The people I play against are a breeze. The only times I really lose/get close to losing, is when I play a characters I've never used. Very excited for ranked, should make things more interesting.
2:05 FINALLY someone showed this happening in a video besides me! THIS happens to me ALL THE TIME, I'd say it happens for 60% of my 1v1's and 80% of my 2v2's it's either me or another player, usually me. The OLD multiversus NEVER HAD THIS ISSUE ONCE! What did they do to the game?! And why is this issue so bad specifically mainly for ME?! 😭
Brother I felt that on a level that’s just flat out unrealistic, I’ve been getting booted from 7/10 (maybe 8/10) of my games on average and it’s INSANE.😭😭😭
Great video! Love the use of airwalker:). Honestly in my opinion i've always viewed it as a perk to help be more saucy. It's also good for skill expression and creativity.

I was immediately aware of how good and slept on the skill was depending on the user of it. I started it with Jason as having the ability to set up armor while airborne is very useful and could steer games in your favor. Then I tried it on my new main Black Adam and while it isn't needed all the time it does have some practical use against certain matchups like Bugs. Being able to set up a dome while off stage is really good to avoid rocket shenanigans off stage. Also you can neutral dodge while on the side of the edge to be able to lightning strike someone trying to capitalize and spike you and with black adam that can lead to a potential kill
I really hope they focus more on perks like these.
The 5% buffs and such are nice but we need more skill based perks to keep the gameplay fresh.

Most times i feel that i can win, sometimes i just lose to bs, like banana guard, iron gigant or just harley's speed, i have ran into 2 guys with like 12000 wins that i just could not even understand how to beat them

Slush you gotta be more conscious of your dodge jumps, your bar was getting ripped again IG lol. Great content though, definitely expect this perk to be a meta choice for quite a few characters that have great grounded options.

To share my match making experience, it feels like i go from days of only people who i should be playing against to days of bots
I think the reason no one runs this perk is that everyone is still unlearning bad beta tactics. I find a lot of players burning their dodge meter as they use that to always get out of disadvantage without using anything else from their kit, then are stuck in burnout leaving them open to get KOed from the top.
A perk that takes half your meter probably wouldn't make unlearning those bad habits any easier.

A tip for joker players the flower one shot breaks many projectiles in the game including batarang and bugs bunnies safe and rockets and pie pretty much all projectiles

I just dont use the perk because i use techs which use half the stamina so the platform would just fully takeout my meter

I have a 80% win rate in 1s and it feels like 30% of the games I play are against players that are much lower skill than me

Sometimes I have to sweat in games and sometimes I just bully people. Just luck of the draw.
I got 57 wins and sometimes I get matched up with ppl that have 2,000 wins so idk if it's skilled based lol

I feel like the perk is fine as it is. It def is insane, but it uses half of your dodge meter and replaces your air parry, those are already two pretty major downsides to using this.

As a wonder woman main... This perk is pretty meh😂 id rather conserve my dodge meter for ahen i need it and given she doesnt have any projectiles youre better off just hitting a normal dodge into fair. But the potential it has for joker and surley others is very cool😎

Slush threw the heart card, which acts as a boomerang, but it only does damage coming back. It doesnt do damage when he first throws it.
