I have the original Mercury M1 in the battle-damaged white color and I still think it's a great mouse. I had no problem using it in games including shooters and I appreciated the slightly heavier weight over something like the GPX Superlight.
I prefer a simple-looking mouse like the Logitech Superlight 2, which features modern internals. In my view, the design of the GravaStar Mercury X Pro appears cheesy and unappealing.
While the looks are subjective (i personally think it looks great), i think it's pretty insane that they managed to decrease it from 85g to 53g while keeping the same aesthetic. Not to mention it also has rgb and is a medium-sized mouse.
Does the mouse allow for custom colors when plugged in? The M1 Pro did not and just pulsates green to indicate charging. The software also appears to be unchanged. I returned the mouse and their keyboard due to how basic and lacking the software was.
when charging it starts of green and will change to what ever color you have set to it its done so you know its charged. so when i have it charging and it turns from green to blue i know its fully charged with out needing to open the software controller.
hi i have to ask you which wireless gaming headset would you recommend me turtle beach atlas air or hyperx alpha wireless?or somthing else? they should be comfortable to wear for a long time and not get too hot while wearing and have as good sound as possible in different games right now I mostly play mmorpg and the finals and deadlight by deadlight o smite so there will be a lot of different games mmorpg fps moba also have to ask what kind of screen are you using?
Hey teche idk if you cover monitors but i have a xbox series x, and wanna upgrade my monitor. I play mainly warzone and fortnite. I wanna possibly upgrade to 1440. Any recommendations.
Are the switches on this mouse mechanical or optical? They do seem quite crispy. I believe that the biggest issue I have with this mouse is its price. At $140, It is at a similar price point as the Logitech G Pro X Superlight 2 and the Razer Viper V3 Pro. I just couldn’t see myself picking this mouse over either of those at the same price point. Both the Razer and Logitech are well established industry standard products while this mouse to me unfortunately just falls short. As always, Your reviews are sincerely appreciated. Great Review.
I've been using the m2 for about 6 or 7 months now and I can't go back to using a plastic mouse (all those Logitech and Razer ones are pure plastic). Yes, the price is pretty similar, but the quality is much better, as is the feel, probably because for me quality is more important than the name.
heaven I'm a competitive controller player at the moment I play console so I'm stuck at 125 hz. I own the razer v2 but hate the back buttons and that's a 250hz controller. I also own the controller I main being the victrix gambit which is another 250 hz controller on console. I looked into the bfg and appa it's not worth due to the bg being a 125 and not 250. Are there any good controllers that are 250 hz on xbox and if not what would you suggest I've heard the wolverine v3 Is a machine
My main issue with this mouse is a major transparency issue. They claim this is a "magnesium alloy mouse" but, This is only the frame of this mouse. The buttons are made out of plastic. Every single mouse on the market stating "magnesium alloy" has magnesium buttons except this one. They fail to mention this anywhere on their product website or information. This cheapens the mouse production and feel significantly and its misrepresentation really it is. You expect magnesium buttons if the mouse is being advertised as "magnesium alloy". In your review you mistake the buttons as magnesium, they are not. They even pulled the wool over your eye and thats really wrong.
i wasn't expecting magnesium buttons and I just bought one a few hours ago. its obvious there are plastic parts throughout the mouse, I'm sure mag buttons would be nice but there also may be a tactile advantage to plastic buttons? i guess we'll find out when i get it.
@ChrysGaines sorry but this is just misinformed. There are dozens of magnesium mice on the market, and they all have magnesium buttons. They cheaped out and want to make it seem as if it's similar to the full body and button options. If plastic buttons were soooo good, why is the company not touting this or even mentioning it on their website? It's because they want to make it appear as full magnesium alloy and magnesium mouse ppl don't want plastic buttons.
" You expect magnesium buttons if the mouse is being advertised as "magnesium alloy"" Actually no. Their web site specifically mention a magnesium allow frame. If you assume buttons too, that's on you. Frankly, I don't even understand the reason plastic buttons are an issue. Do they work? Do they work well? What does it matter of they are plastic vs metal? It's the components under the plastic and allow frame that matter in the end. Plus, if the wool was pulled over his eyes, that's a good thing. They made the buttons well enough to make you think they are alloy without lying to you and claiming they are.
Idk, for me , anything with holes or even honey combs like the glorious series just look unappealing, they look like they just accummulate gunk in hard to clean places unless u disassemble them .

Well, I'm on the opposite side. I just can't stand the plain boring zero personality design of the superlight. To each their own I guess.

I have the original, it is the most uncomfortable mouse I have ever used. I ordered this new one, thinking it is going to be substantially better

tf with the background music man. Are u reviewing cows or headphones?
ummmmmm
Sorry, any mouse with holes is worthless
Probably that’s why this mouse is 50grams with rgb while Logitech with the most boring looking mouse “super light” is 10grams heavier 🤷🏻♂️
Oh please...
Why do you say that?
