Nice video Lee, I love Charlie's enthusiasm! From our limited experience, we love our air awning and is definitely preferred over the pole variety. We have an old - Vango Varkala which has three separate inlet valves accessed from the inside, making things a bit more of a faff but still reasonable. Without really going mad, it takes under 7 minutes to get out the bag, thread into the rail and blown up.
Thank you! I always tried to avoid putting our steel pole awning up and as a consequence, it only went up twice a year, tops. You can probably tell this by the amount of time it takes me to work out which part of the awning is inside and what part faces outside! Including unpacking, filming and working out what's what, the timer on the camera (which was rolling throughout) said it took 22 minutes from bag to blown-up. Not sure I'll beat 7 minutes but we're hoping for less than 10
After years of learning we always kept quiet when putting our awning up. On one large CL we were even congratulated by one couple. We found out why as they left the day before their friends. The next day those friends had a blazing row taking their awning down. As you say, divorce in a bag :-)
Hi. I am looking at awnings at the minute and considering one of these. Anything else to add after having this for a couple of months? And how many separate internal bars need blew up? I am also considering some of the Kampa ones and they blow up completely from one point. Cheers, Philip
Hi Philip. It can be tricky to put up if you're on your own due to the weight (same as other blow-up awnings) but, after a couple of goes, it's simple for 2 people. Can't remember how many internal bars come with it but there's more than enough and they can be fitted wherever is necessary for wind direction, etc. It's also got a single inflation point and is easy to get back in the bag. Hope this helps, Lee
Hi I bought one of these yesterday and didn't have clue how to put up now I do after watching uour video. Thank you...😊😂😂
Class video, nice awning and family, look after them

Thank you for the video 😀🙌🤩
I'm feeling pretty Sad for the Mini, having to tow that lot around...
Just bought the same awning , would it be any easier to take doors/windows off before sliding into rail ? Just thinking about weight ?
Music too loud. Aside from that, fantastic video. Thanks!

That's not nice, turn the music down and relax a little....
Why are all these videos so long winded
