I really like what you did here with the music. You named it your own thing resembling to the actual title of the music, you showed off the gameplay of you and your fireteam getting through the raid, you added a Final Shape timer to make things more intense(which is true cause it is the Witness trying to bring the end of everything), and you let the Witness quotes speak during the downtime. This is amazing man. I want to see more of this down the line.
Love your custom names for the themes. "Everlasting Hours in Solitude" sounds like it'd come off of a Caretaker album. The Final Shape timer was a fun touch too
I'll remember hearing 17:16 on day one for the rest of my life. We weren't even close to getting the clear - we never even cleared 2nd - but those eight hours on 1st were worth it just to hear that track and that Witness line in their true context. What a fantastic experience. Thank you for realizing the soundtrack so well!
Verity has the be the best encounter ever made, right? The feeling you get when completing it is like nothing else, especially when i did it for the first time week one. Absolutely incredible, and the music helps a TON
Best encounter ever made imo. It’s so well designed there’s not a cheese for it and can only be minimum 4 manned. Bungie cooked with verity. And most people still don’t actually know how it works
This is perfect aside from what I believe may be a random chance to get Cut Away to play when you first load into the raid, cause I know I've had that play in place of Cosmic Tides, or at least it transferred from Cut Away to Cosmic Tides, but regardless, fantastic work👍
So glad you dropped the last raid's soundtrack. I'm not sure if you have already, but if you haven't please do Crota's End too, then we'll have all the raids compilated
That pulsing you hear is from Unveiled in the Beyond Light OST, pitched differently. Don’t know if that’s the origin but that’s the best reference I can think of
I love both, but i appreciate Unmade more just because of the sheer desperation it provokes. You're not killing the Witness. You're desperately rushing to prevent finality.
I prefer the witnesses. It’s not heroic or triumphant like most final boss OSTs. It’s desperate sounding because this is everything we must stop the witness here. It’s now actually trying to enact the final shape it’s no longer Final Shape looming” it’s now “The Final Shape” you can see how hyper focused it is on this goal as well. It doesn’t even look at you during the mechanics phase. It’s 4 minutes away from achieving what it’s been trying to for possible centuries. It only starts to fight back and speak during dps as the traveler breaks free for a short time and it’s progress is prevented and has to restart. Exiscion tho has the heroic part because the witness id already defeated.
My favorite part is @52:23 Verity Encounter. I remember my first play through and everyone was panicking trying to figure out what Ghost matches what statue and I was thinking to myself this music sounds so good LMAO 😂😂😂.
you know what would have been a great idea for the timer? every time the the actual encounters start, you change the time like the witness is actually trying to force an early end to the music. example: original time at territorial trifecta(66:34) changed to 11:23 seconds(the amount of time for that encounters music) then when it ends and the guardians win, the timer goes back minus the amount of time the encounter took(55:34)
I was originally wanting to make this but was cut on time. I was also going to have the color change from white to red less subtle on encounters 1-3 but is faster on 4th and static red on 5th. All in all, not too disappointed with how it turned out but will make a bit more of an effort to make such ideas faster in the future.
if bungie was good, instead of making master mode of this raid have more ai generated champions, they would make it lore accurate and just make the final shape looming debuff last the entire raid like in this video, so you would have to flawless the raid or it's all over

58:38 was the best part of the raid to me, best boss entrance ever. ONE FINAL ACT OF ENTROPY
Yeah. Really gave off the “oh shit” vibes
@@zen4ever3 Just to give us the most mid boss theme ever
@@samuelebefani8943 No. Shut.
@samuelebefani8943 Yea it doesn't really hold up to past raids themes like Last Stand or First Disciple
@@Rinesmyth true, that's why I replace the boss theme with another song for Witness

so glad you added the dialogue on this one, great work!
Best encounter in the whole raid is Verity
This is, ironically, true. 😎
Best encounter ever made imo. It’s so well designed there’s not a cheese for it and can only be minimum 4 manned. Bungie cooked with verity. And most people still don’t actually know how it works
And by far the most glitchiest encounter in this whole raid.
@@adamboy0559if only you couldnt make calculators for it
I personally like the Harold of finality encounter the most
love how the musics adding more layers along with the encounter process.
EDGING to this rn.
Glad I'm not the only one who calls him Harold the Herald. Fantastic!
excited for you to do the new dungeon soundtrack!
you never fail to disappoint with your raid music videos

So, this is the real Final Shape. Perfection. B)
Peak indeed

Thanks for the compilation!! Amazing job!!
Always a good watching experience.
What a great video! I hope you do this with more activities in the future
12:00 This is one of my favorite bits of the entire TFS OST. Where have we heard this noise before? I'm obsessed with it.
It picks back up at 14:44

I also find it similar but at the same time can’t remember where iv heard this before.
Surprisingly, I liked Herald of Finality's theme way more than The Witness's music.
its the same for me

I agree, because the Witness didn't have that...feeling to it. That music was good, but it didn't give me that feeling Harold's music did.
18:45 to 19:51 is 10/10
No for real! The build up music for second encounter is amazing!

It's finally here :D

This was epic!
Think you could do this dialogue included with Vow of the Disciple?
The fuck happend to the last stand? why was it butchered like that????
They killed the witness too fast😂
20:54 has Attack on Titan vibes
Oh no, not the hide the pain "Harold of finality" xD (You've misspelled Herald in the video discription :D)
