Ok, so it seems I need to clear things up since people aren’t paying attention to the entire video: Some people consider Den-O Climax and OOO TaJaDol final forms. As such I decided there was no harm in including these forms on the list so I didn’t upset those people. Along with that, the #24 suit is a joke. I explain that later.

For Ryuki Survive's antenna, those antenna are actually not antenna at all! They are based on Dragon Whiskers, Asian Dragons, like the one that Dragreder/Dragranzer are based on, have notable whiskers on their faces! :)
Ryuki's antenna are based on the.. whiskers, for lack of a better term, of Dragredder, and many dragons of his style

Oma Zi-O is my favorite. I just love how the Black with the Gold works out, and the Red visor looking like a phoenix is just incredible.

I do agree about the RideWatch being a mess. I think it should have been a 2-section watch instead of Zi-O II, with half the Heisei on one side and half on the other, maybe meeting in the middle a'la Trinity to cover the screen. But other than that, I adore the design. It's very grandiose without being intimidating like Ohma.
Whereas Ohma was a KING who internalizes all the Riders' powers, Grand Zi-O feels more like a walking temple to them. Like a fanboy who earned their power rather than conquered it.
I like Grand Zio as well.
It's like the concept of the den liner and climax form representing the different aspects of the riders progress, so grand for the amalgamation of the power and the connections associated with it and Ohma for self growth and the same can be said for ghost
Grand Zi-o looks to me like a castle, and the statues are supposed to represent all riders looking through the windows with Zi-o at the top since he is supposed to be the king, a king who lead instead of a king who oppress.

The thing about Kuuga and the black eyes is a representation of him losing to the dark side of his powers. In Decade for example, he was controlled/revived in the final episode and loses control (hence the black eyes). In the TV show, he had full control of his powers and didn't give into the darkness, which is why he had red eyes.
Yeah I know there’s some story behind the eye colors, but visually I don’t really like the black eyes

I know it's not ultimate form, but Faiz's Accel mode is literally Kusaka said "oi, use this" and threw a watch into Takumi's face.

Well it's not much of a problem as it is... a trial to overcome this destructive power and use it to help others... which gets worst for each Purple Core Medals shove into Eiji. SO... It is a problem up till he got used to it. So yea.

Actually that's exactly how I see it as well. So it's just not for me. It seems busy and just kind of gawdy and ugly. It seems so busy from the belt up.

Grand Zi-O is one of my favorite final forms because it really encapsulates how much Zi-O as a season appreciates the Heisei era. Another favorite was Hyper Muteki for its gaudiness, and Decade Complete for how simple it is.

Super Tatoba and Chou Climax Form are considered extra-final forms that exclusively appeared in respective movies. Other examples are the Grease Perfect form, Sin Specter, and etc.
I think since the final episode, everyone is confusing Zi-O (Ohma Form) with Ohma Zi-O lol

One thing i noticed: You said that Ryuki Survive is Ryuki's only second form in the show, which is technically false. Ryuki started off with his Blank Form which is only seen for 1-2 episodes if i remember correctly, then contracted Dragreder and got his Base Suit (the Red one), later on gaining the Survive Card and turning into Ryuki Survive. This adds up to 3 Forms and not 2
After today's episode. Oma zi-o number 1 and ex-aid no2. Oma zi-o literally became Saitama one punch. Also those cape looks amazing during rider kick. Plus the henshin 😍

The secondary color of PuToTyra is actually supposed to be white, not silver. Since ‘desire’ is supposed to be a key element in the OOO series, the white color of PuToTyra is meant to signify a complete lack of desire, hence why PuToTyra has been so difficult for OOO to control in-series.
OOO TaJaDor I agree; maybe they should have gone with the yellow-colored eyes seen in the OOO Time Judged All music video.

From a thematic perspective I love Revice Giffard Rex, because every form was ikki trusting vice and giving him more and more independence. Volcano gave him barid rex, jack/thunder made them one, and then Giffard just made them two separate riders all together and I think it really works with the story and themes Revice was telling
Glad to see you also liked original Kuuga final form instead of the movie form. It's the OG Heisei final form and it's just badass.
Ive got to go with drive: Tridoron, reds my favourite colour, so im biest, but i dont think the suit is all that bad, the colours work well together, the tire makes sence for its placement, and the idea of the rider fully merging with their machine is an awsome idea (that and drive is my all time favourite rider series :D)

Also another reason that Hyper Muteki is fantastic: Because that the Hyper Muteki gashat is an invincibility power-up, the hair of the final form is made of health bars.

A little 'correction' for you
1. Dial on the helmet of the tridoron's head is ACTUALLY exist as front flash light in the tridoron go check it out again if you pleased
2. The antenna in the ryuki helmet is the dragranzer's 'mustache'

You should totally do another top Kamen Rider final forms but instead of the forms how about the jingles for them that would be cool to see
I love grand zi o’s form. If anything it’s what got me into kamen rider, when it first came out no less. I’m a huge nut for “historic symbolism” the transformation I can never get enough of. and the look itself may be a bit funny but I keep watching the first transformation on repeat. It’s thanks to grand zi o that I jumped into kamen rider and I will never hate it. And yes. I will make memes with it aswell. X3

The first time I watched I really wasnt paying attention so I thought that Kamen Rider Ex-Aid had 2 final form with both of them looking extremely similar and Thomas hated the first one and loved the second one
My only problem with the Zi-O Grand form is his profile seems too small. Maybe something that gives his silhouette more weight. Maybe a cape or bigger chest piece to give it a more regal design. It makes Zi-O more in line with a King aesthetic he wanted. His other final forms look more like a king because of the wide chest piece.

The antenna are the whiskers based of a Chinese dragon which is what Ryuki's dragon is based off

It's not an antenna. It's the dragon's mustache. Chinese dragons have long mustaches and there is a dragon face on Ryuki's helmet which fits.

Hey, to answer why Ryuki has antenna on the helmet, it’s supposed to be the whiskers of a Chinese dragon. You notice that there’s a mark that looks like a dragon head on the helmet as the antennas protrude out where the nose should be.
I’ve always felt like PuToTyra would work better as movie form, as opposed to a series form.
I think I need an RKF figure of this. If anyone can customize a Zio figure into Oma Zio, then I think I need that for my RKF collection.
Climax form? Really dude??? I thought you were better than this. The K Touch literally uses Liner. Climax is in no way "another" final form. Might as well use RabbitDragon and TaJaDor (Jesus Christ you put it on this list)while your at it. Also certain types of dragons have that antenna. I'm fairly certain Chinese Dragons have them.

I think Armed Hibiki is my favorite because its just everything I want in a final form lots of gold
I'll pick Kuuga Ultimate as my fav, it's not too often we get a rider whose final form is technically a dark rider in of itself. Besides, it's sleek, simplistic in design that it avoids looking cluttered and just feels unified for me. And I also like how his horns have been modified slightly in order to look more regal and maybe even intimidating, red eyes is also a great choice since it stands out well. I don't have any more to say other than, it's a great suit and one of the best designed imo.
my problem with grand zi o is during the transformation, the statues are pretty much a small version of the kamen rider moving around and making a cool pose and then becoming the statue

@@thomasjujube Kiva's Emperor Form. The aesthetics of the form is really good. The design, well it really says in its name, fit for an Emperor. And the Final Form theme is lit. And it really pairs with one of my fave swords, the Zanvat Sword. And he can access the Emperor Bat Form to fly and do that op Emperor Hell Break Rider Kick with Castle Doran to whoop Arc's gigantic Legendorga ass into the moon, you gotta admit that is mind blowing next to Grand Zio's All 20 Time Break Rider Kick with all 20 Hesei Riders and restoring the time continuity of the altered timeline that Hiryu messed up.
i look at grand zi-o and the first thing came out from my mind is "is this a walking Borobudur tample ?"
for info Borbudur temple has similar shape of stupa with grand zi-o top head

4-Wizard Infinity Style (OOF)
5-OOO Putotyra Combo (Hail to the Dino king, baby!)
6-GrandZi-o (Like Ghost Heisei Damashii, but better)
7-Kuuga Ultimate form (the black and gold combination is awesome)
8-Ghost Mugen Damashii (I know that Ghost was a bad season, but at least this form design is cool)
9-Drive Type Tridoron (looks like a transformer, and i don't know why :l)

Personally my favourite is Build's Genius cuz its scientific and flashy, very fitting to the MC's personality XD. But yeah the design can get better for sure

What final form do you think needs changing and how you change it.
For me, I think PuToTyra needs a change. My idea is for the purple medals to be used in any slot, just like the kangaroo medal. For example:
Tricera for the head, Tyranno for the chest, and Ptera for the legs or Tyranno for the head, Ptera for the chest, and so forth.
I kind of described how I would change the early final forms on the list, but if I had to pick one it would be the removal of the full bottles on Build Genius

For me Kiva Emperor has the best design period.
Nice job with the list. I agree with some of the things that you said, but I respect and enjoy your opinion more so. Also, I’m glad Kiva’s final form was in the top ten of your list (since Kiva is my favorite Rider).
Muteki is my second favorite form purely base on its designs. My favorite design have to be Ultimate Kuuga.
Also, you said that black eyes Ultimate Kuuga looks emty, well that is the point

In my opinion, Grand Zi-O is actually the incomplete form of Oma Zi-O. Grand Zi-O is like a trial version of Oma Zi-O, before Sougo can purchase the full version one.

My biggest beef is decade 21 complete. That god awful cape the cards should have been spread out like armor. Similar to grand z-io
As for the helmet just have the complete form card and the zio card in the centre of the chest.
For putotyra the triceratops should have been the helmet and the pterodactyl should have been chest piece
