So I’ve done the process, but the pilot light refuses to ignite. Don’t know what to do.

If you have made sure you have fresh batteries inside both the remote and receiver, and the pilot still is not lighting we would recommend you schedule a service call to have a technician come and take a look at your fireplace.

If you are still having issues lighting your pilot light, it could be due to a number of things within the fireplace. We would recommend having a fireplace technician come out and do a service call to assess if there are any components that need replacing.
