I am a serious carp angler and an old boy as well. I very rarely watch carp vlogs as the majority of them are manic and I find them a million miles from the peace, quiet and low streets that I crave and love. Your vlogs are the exception and I find it so relaxing sharing your experiences and the way you deliver them is so calm, so thank you for sharing.
Thanks Tim that's really good to hear. I get what you say and I'm the same when it comes to watching stuff on TH-cam there's only a few I really enjoy. Thanks for watching.
Just wanted to say no matter what keep posting your videos absolutely love watching them wishing you all the best and hope you continue to bring a little bit of happiness to us all
Great video again Steve. In the beginning of the video you talked about the Nash days at Domaine de Noute and the loud music that keep you awake. At the same time as the Nash days we fished a session at Domaine des 3 Anneaux wich is next to Domaine de Noute. I can tell you that the same, very loud house music, ruined 3 evenings and nights of our peacefull and quiet session at Domaine des 3 Anneaux.
@@stevebriggs4638. Hi Steve. Nice video. Thank you for sharing 🙂. I was on this session as well and I can tell you that we had a productive one (30 carp in a week) so no complaints there. but as my buddy already mentioned...tha noise. We had a good session and of course we hope that Nash had a good weekend over there. But we also hope that Nash will consider organising their days again at a remote site, so that other anglers in the neighbourhood will not be forced to 'enjoy' loud music until 2 or 3 am.
Some lovely carp Steve hard graft you took the Bull by the hornes exciting lake very big buzzing all the time watching the challenge you had to face for some nice carp . Joan travelling with you round the French countryside on a mission to finally get to the big 9000 lake interesting Steve you and Joan keeping us on the edge of are seat's wicked fishing thanks Steve🎩 and Joan Briggs🎣 👌👍
Thanks I really appreciate your comments and feedback 🙂👍 it was quite an exhausting trip especially with all night action including about ten cats of various sizes but so enjoyable too!!!
Glad to see Anglers exploring bigger waters. Great video. My lake here in Northern California is just over 8k acres of water. 2 rods only and chumming "baiting" is illegal. Good times fasure. Tight lines mate! 💯😎
Been over to the US a few times and love the waters you have over there!! Not fished in your area but it sounds nice shame the rules restrict you a bit but I'm sure it's great fishing!! 👍👍👍
@@stevebriggs4638 Most definitely. Just another way to approach the lake. I feel the rules give the anglers more time to develop water craft and learn more about the venue. Ill admit. There's been a few times were I may have accidentally drop some bait in the water, maybe... 😆👌
I have the largest one 210 ah which is probably over the top for most situations but was really good for the biggest waters where there is a lot of boat work involved. It depends what type of fishing/boatwork you do but a smaller one would suit most situations. What I would say is that they are the best batteries I've ever used and with the solar panel it worked perfectly.
Cheers Paul. No the margin rod didn't do anything in the end, I know they have been caught close in previously but I think more in the early spring this time they were all out by the weed beds.

Lovely fish mate, did you get one of the margin in the end?
Cheers Paul. No the margin rod didn't do anything in the end, I know they have been caught close in previously but I think more in the early spring this time they were all out by the weed beds.
Where is this lake in France? Does it have a name?
