Frankly they all should be counted. Once you start introducing multiple timelines, any debate about canon becomes meaningless. It all happened somewhere…

I feel like multiple timelines doesn’t mean everything could be canon, but the idea the downfall timeline started from a what if scenario kinda does.

​@@SambergerTheories I personally make sense of the downfall timeline through Triforce Wish Theory, makes it so it isn't just because Link died or whatever.

@@mell7249 I mean it kinda still is though. Sure the wish theory explains how the downfall and other timelines can exist simultaneously, but ALTTP still happens due to a what-if scenario where Link dies.
