I'm guessing the creator wasn't going for a 1:1 recreation of the original game. A lot of screens are completely misrepresented or wrong. However… it is, indeed, a rough approximation of _Mega Man 2_ jammed into one big _Maker_ level. So, that's cool. Extra props for using the Japanese / "Difficult" boss weaknesses, incidentally. Most people go with the US "Normal" ones.
Thanks for playing my giant 253 screen level, hope you had fun with it. There are a few small things which I just want to talk about. Quick man's stage was made a lot easier, to make it similarly difficult to all the other Robot master stages. In flash man's stage, there is one part where you can see a blank screen, and that annoys me more than it probably should. In crash man's stage is a simlar mistake, but then still failed. On the part with the met on the 1x1 block, if you fall down you can againsee a not used screen. I did put down a background on that screen, but it's the wrong one. Instead of using the tornado man bg with the same color, I used the one with the black color. I put a lot of effort into making it feel like MM2, for example the map for the castle, where I tried to make it look as close to the original as it is possible in MMM. Every boss in the boss rush has the exact same location compared to the original. The second phace of the Wily machine actually has a primary weakness. The crashbombs. It's a reference to the feature where the second Wily phase gets instantly defeated by one well placed crash bomb. The design for Pico Pico Kun (the Wily 2 boss) was actually my first ever Wily stage boss idea. Here is a little confession, the bases for the Guts man thing from Wily e was stolen from another level, which recreated MM2 in MMM. The level is called classic bass 2. Here is another small fun fact about this level. On Webmeka, I added a description to the level. It is the opening text from MM2. It's a very small and unnecessary detail, but this are the kind of things I really appreciate when their there.
@@m4rcyonstation93 the real problem when making is not the screen limit, but the position of the stages. The biggest problem occurs when I make a stage and another one is in the way, so I have to either move one of the stages or change the progression of the stage. Fir example related to my not yet out MM3 remix, where I had to use teleporters so that I didn't need to shorten Wily stage 3.
The only things I would change are to omit any non-MM2 enemies. And I’m puzzled as to why Flame Man is in the place of Heat Man. Otherwise it’s a delightful watch. Like a remaster of a classic.
Enemies that aren't from MM2 are mostly used to replace MM2 MM2 enemies, which aren't is MMM. For example the footholders and MM6 cannons are there to replace the guys on the flying cloud. I originally wanted to use Change Man as Heat Man, but fighting Charge Man buster only with no slide is not really that fun.
@@jjr_the_tree Was this meant to be an accurate recreation, a remix, or an improvement? I highly doubt the first one as the very first screen of Metal Man says otherwise, but eh I still wanna know.
@@Annexialol It probably fits best into the category of remix. I wanted to make something that both improves problems I have with the original, but also offer a unique experience.
@@jjr_the_tree Yeah, I can see! Overall looks like a really good level, and possibly and improvement over the original! I'll definitely be trying this one out. I'm usually more of a remake guy (maybe cuz of my OCD), but I'm sure I'll enjoy it anyways. Thanks!
@@Annexialol if you want to play it, I recommend you to wait for 1.8, I'll plan to upload an updated version of this stage when it comes out, together with an improved version of my MM1 remix adding oil man and time man, and upload a complete two stage long MM3 remix.
I think mega man should implement to change the behavioural pattern of each bosses or Robot Master. for an even unique experience or diversed gameplay!

omg this only takes a quarter of total screens

Dr Wily: (fires Bubble Man)
Metal Man: My Circular Gear is just IMBA.
So instead of dr wily taking over the world the robots are taking over the world

Needs more Heat Man. I don't understand why you chose to replace him. Makes no sense.
Mega Man Maker has no heat man. The only thing I could do was replace him.
