I’ve been waiting for more settings like this for years. Didn’t even know or hear about this being added. Thanks bro
YT Channels like yours, that provides information, explanation and tips of the most specific settings and mechanics of the game are so hard to find!!! I really apreciate the job and i hope you continue with that content and others else!! Thank you. I`ll be careful not to miss any of your videos!
I was so happy when i found these settings, because my right stick has some nasty and random drift. i had to put the inner deadzone to like 0.40. Less that ideal, but luckily i only need the stick for quick turns , so it's not really an issue.
Edit: funnily enough, only Overwatch has this drifting issue, any other game with the same controller doesn't.
You're a legend, tysm bro
I adjusted it thanks
Bro thank u so much!!
Thx❤
As a Lucio main I have found lowering your left outer deadzone it becomes a lot more effective to wall ride
Dont you want the outter deadzone to 0 so you have as much movement in the stick before reaching maximum output? Unless you want a short distance to maximum then youd dial it to 1 right?
i have waited for this for so long
i literally hat to play ball because the movement is so trashly hard without deadzones
i luckily dont have drift ( yet ) but its just annoying to think when how difficult also some heroes can be on console
overall i would say this is the biggest best update of overwatch in years 🤣
How does this work if you’re using gyro-aiming settings? I play on a Nintendo Switch and I’m trying to find the best way to play using a Pro controller without having trouble with my aiming. It’s been difficult for me so far to find something that works. Any tips or help would be appreciated!
My controller doesn’t even have drift so I just use 0.02 lol
I see u
Hi are you open to share scope-in sens? I’ve been practicing the dead zone setting you recommended and using the setting you had with the 10 aim smoothing and it’s really good but I just can’t find the right scoped sens
Form saudi arabia to wherever you're thank you sir.
Pro tip: use a Hall effect controller so you can play at 0.00 dead zone
Thanks to the deadzones my settings feel amazing. Small outer deadzone on dual zone is great for accurate but quick aim. Next…fov!
Also i like larger outter deadzone for dive characters like winston, doom, tracer and genji.
when crosshair settings?
I know for a fact my controller has bad stick drift but for some reason with my inner deadzone at 0 I have no drift and it still feels unresponsive
I’ve noticed on my elite2 that .06 is zero stick drift, and aim assist feels normal, but .05 is zero stick drift and my aim assist is extremely aggressive. It will track movement without me touching the stick. Has anyone experienced that?
i play on a x box controller on the pc any tips ,bc i dont have the same settings as on console
these things I would start with is
1. Find a comfortable Horizontal and Vertical Sensitivity (the default H/V Sens are not good)
2. Lower Your Aim smoothing ( If you are at 100 try lowering to 99-95)
3. Change your Deadzone
4. Turn off Vibration ( it can throw off you aim)
the last thing i would tell you is to understand that you are usually at a disadvantage if you us a controller on PC (Especially because there's no aim assist on PC) but it defiantly can be done , So I'm wishing you the best luck and I hope this helps.
Why wouldn’t you use MnK? I understand people have preferences, but on overwatch mouse and keyboard is superior in every single way; it’s also a lot more fun to use, higher skill ceiling, flicks, etc
2:04 had no drift know why?
I'm not having stick drift but my aim kinda twitches and spasms on my right joystick every time I do a sharp turn. It kinda goes away when I play moira for instance but it keeps on coming back. I cleaned my joysticks with pressured air and stuff but nothing really changes😔 Could anyone help me if it's an aim assist problem or any sort of deadzone setting I could use? That would be really appreciated 🫶 much love
Anyone find aim assist feels too draggy but when u lower it’s not great.
does this work with legacy aim settings?
Yes
putting the left iner deadzone to 0 and override gives you insane aim asissit myou should make a vid about iy
need more captions pls
