- A lazy afternoon in the garden. The Polish and partridge silkie chick are 2 months old, mummies & rescues are good but Dixie's looking a bit thin. 5 minutes of Lizzo cuddles, Hei Hei the one-eyed leghorn is OK. Actually checking the chooks after holidays.
Kaixo Jane, I loved seeing the chickens happy and also giving themselves a good dust bath and looking for food. I've already read that Lizzo was missing for 2 days, but she wasn't very far away.

Thank you @Manumerino, yes I was sad & worried about Lizzo, but she had just fallen (pushed?) off her perch - so stayed there for 2 days! Luckily she had reserves... Have a lovely weekend my friend in Bilbao 👍👍🌳

Lovely viewing and nice to see all the girls .Each a model in her own right ,Perfect weather for dust baths , snoozing and of course finding food.. @@WildwoodTV Actually remarkably well .Possibly since more than 1 survived .They play together .Your video was great and it was fun to see the rescue girls .What I term great personalities they are very vocal.. I seem to enjoy noisy birds lol Funny you should say cold Been so warm and sunny yet this evening went cooler
Mr fox came and got 6 of mine only 2 babies left. Will start again soon as I can afford it. Nice to see yours doing well honey.🌹
Oh no! 😲So sorry #Witchone 😥😥Something I dread, I'd be devastated... Mrs Fox has cubs to feed this time of year, she's about in the day at the wood, I reinforced the pen a bit before I went away. It's cheapest to get rescues, or folk give up & give chooks away on Free/Pre-loved or local Fb pages. I have some fertile eggs Silkie or ArucanaXSilkie (Edgar) I can send you (but I tend to end up with cockerels!) 🐔🌻😥

Lizzo went missing for 2 days! - but I eventually FOUND her in the corner under some wood! - had to share that as so relieved... I blamed Mrs Fox, Hawk and everyone! 😊
