I used to spend hours at the end of the day self talking. Going over what I may need to say the next day. I am 43 and still talk myself through stuff, especially when it’s an idea for something. It’s almost bursting out of my brain. I journal now…often I feel compelled to write down what I’m thinking because it will come out in my voice one way or another.

I am definatetly on the spectrumn. I am just gutted people in my friend group and parents, are only picking up on it now and not when I was a kid. As I could have had a lot of help if i was diagnosed sooner. I know for a fact I have dyslexia and dyscalucla. As even to this day I have a limited vocabulary. My math is also non existant without a calculator.
