Love reading the comments. BUT, remember the vocalise line by RGH was primarily designed to work with synthetic reeds, then also with cane! Should have had a couple of legere reeds in the testing!

True, but I have found that Legere reeds don't work so well for me. I wanted to represent the clarinet as best as I could, and I think Legere reeds would have hindered that (check out some of my Backun mouthpiece reviews where they wanted me to use Legere reeds for them. I was unhappy with that pairing for me and felt that the video review didn't represent the mouthpieces as well as cane did). Every player and their set-up is unique, and I am so grateful that we have so many choices of equipment to each attain our own best sound. :)

Zzzzzzzzzz is the one I tried one too. It’s maybe the most effortless mouthpiece I’ve played on. So easy… beautiful, dark sound. Ease of articulation. Intonation was spot on; and the flexibility is very nice.

Hello, how did you get many mouthpieces to try? You paid them all, kept one, returned the others and got their money refuned?

Backun sent them to me to try on my TH-cam channel. This time I didn't pay them. In the past, I have paid for mouthpieces that I wanted to try, returned the ones I didn't like, and received a refund.
