How about installing ultraviolet led lights around the border of the plates and windshield. That should thwart the cam pics. Just keep finding ways to defy their system when they mod them.

this camera needs 3 seconds to send to the ANPR software for recognition...At 0:10 example (bus and car) is not achievable and fake because they are moving to fast and also i don't see the ANPRs there...The animation example with the car stopping at the gate suits more for the camera.
