The year is 1907. It is 10 years after his disappearance from the Paris Opera House and the Phantom has escaped to a new life in New York where he lives amongst the screaming joy rides and freak-shows of Coney Island. In this new electrically-charged world, he has finally found a place for his music to soar. All that is missing is his love - Christine Daaé. Now one of the world’s finest sopranos, Christine is struggling in an ailing marriage to Raoul. So, it is with excitement she accepts an invitation to travel to New York and perform at a renowned opera house. In a final bid to win back her love, the Phantom lures Christine, her husband, and their young son Gustave from Manhattan; to the glittering and glorious world of Coney Island… not knowing what is in store for them…

It would not have mattered which man she met first. Ramin was married to his wife Mandy long before he met Sierra. Another thing people don't realize is Sierra is great frieends with Mandy just as Ramin is great friends with Tam.
i met both of them!!! they were SO nice!!! Tam was so nice in person and very handsome aswell, Sierra was SO HUMBLE AND FUNNY!! i love them both!!!
and now their engaged! they are so cute together!

Tam Mutu, you rock! I heard the performance and you are a star in your own right. Sierra was telling the truth when she gave you the highest praise. You deserve no less. I hope you recieve the principle role when Ramin leaves in March. If not that show, come to New York! I would die of happiness to see you live on stage. Soak all of this in my friend, because the sky is your limit. Let's hear it for the wonderful Tam Mutu! And of course the extrodinary Sierra Boggess. :)

Sierra is so adorable, it is unbelievable! She just makes me crack up. I don't know much about Tam, but he seems like a good guy too. I'm glad they've found happiness with each other. : ]

i don't know how she wouldn't pick up an accent I did and i only lived there for four months and came back with this wierd hybrid of accents.I love absolutely love sierra
I was wondering if these two were dating a few months back. When I saw the show back in November, Tam played the Phantom while Sierra played Christine (of course). I met them at the stage door following the show and told them they did wonderfully. They were very sweet, then when they took off down the street they were holding hands--it was awfully cute!
Love that she wore that gown for the Master Class opening night too. They are so cute. Can't even.

They are adorable together. I know there are many Ramin and Sierra shippers, but this is down-right adorable.
She's American but when she lived in London for a year or so she started picking up on a slightly altered accent. I think of it as a Mid-Atlantci accent. But if you listen to her now, it's back to her regular accent.
And they will stay together in the future!!

Gina Beck fans also say she belongs with Ramin. Just because actors have chemistry on stage doesn't make them "star crossed lovers". It's their job to make you believe in their chemistry. Ramin's wife Mandy met him long before he ever met Gina or Sierra. Thankfully Gina & Sierra are classy ladies and don't go by that "I should be with someone because of acting chemistry"mentaility. They're far more mature then that. And now they're with men who love them deeply. Just like Ramin & Mandy.
Sierra and Tam are now playing Fantine and Javert together in Les Miserables at the Queens!!

I LOVE Sierra Boggess! She has the BEST voice ever. Does anyone know when her last show is and whether she's coming to New York or not? And although Tam looks good, I think Ramin is the best Phantom EVER.
I completely agree, look what happened with Christian Borle and Laura Bell Bundy. He was married to Sutton Foster, divorced her for LBB because of that on-stage chemistry and they had and low and behold they broke up not long after.

Her accent is really more a pronounciation difference. It's just something people naturally pick up on after living somewhere new for awhile. She wasn't trying to put out a new accent the way some people do. I've been searching on Tam Mutu's name as well. I haven't had any luck either.
I'm curious as to how Tam sounds as the Phantom. Never seen him before. And Sierra looks cute as aways.

@Wolfess16 Ramin's last show is March 5th. This may be his replacement but I'm not 100% sure. This performance is for a radio gig, so he may just be filling in while Ramin is working elsewhere. We shall see!

And I'm not be modest. As for her accent. She sounds like she's picking up Mid-Atlantic accent more then anything. But I like it. Tam sounds sexy when he speaks. They're adorable! :) Just to set the record straight, Ramin is still the Pahntom. But his and Sierra's last show is March 5th.
It's affected. She's way past the age of changing accents. There are people who will tell you that they pick up accents wherever they go, but it's a conscious decision to fit in with your environment. I believe the cut-off point of accents is 10-12 years old. By age 15 that's the accent you will have for life unless you make the effort to change it.

@lajeteefan Not that I know of. Sierra has said in several interviews she's happily single and is dedicated to her work. But they are adorable together arn't they? :)
Hmm. I thought her last name was read as BOG-gess (that is, with emphasis on the first syllable) not bog-GESS. At least, that's how I've always heard her say her name. Is she simply saying it here differently/with an accent for fun (hence her way of speaking throughout the entire video)?
Also, to those still curious (I saw someone here in the comments section ask something about Tam.): Tam is Turkish!

Sometimes I think Sierra and Evangeline Lilly (leading actress from the TV show Lost) look like sisters. Her green eyes are exacly the same, they have a similar skin tone, facial structure. and she styles her hair the same way. Although I'll never understand how anybody can say she looks like Emmy Rossum. Both are beautiful but don't look anything alike.

Your welcome. I get pretty irritated (that's me being nice) myself when I read that crap! One of the things I respect the most about Ramin & Sierra is they value what love is about. Ramin made a vow to his wife to always love and be faithful to her. Sierra is going to make hers to Tam very soon. Call me crazy but that's what marriage is supposed to be about. And I have no doubt Ramin & Sierra (and their partners) believe this 100%! People need to get off that fanfiction kick. It's pathetic.
