@@mitchell_9709 I have no idea how you would program it with tech line connect, cause it pulls your build data from gms servers, you’d have to somehow update the vehicle configuration to pull the correct files to program the digital speedo
Can i use this to program in missing features on my dashboard ?

No idea. You could try and use a vpn and change to a supported country.
