Thanks so much for sharing this. I'm currently 2 days past my due date and looked for your first birth story (I follow you on insta and you'd mentioned how all your babies were way overdue 😂.) This has really relaxed me so much more about being overdue and still having a natural birth. I've been so focused on trying everything to bring labour on but I have a feeling that I may be like you and nothing will work, so I'll just have to relax and hope it will happen soon 😅
Serena this is so beautiful, I have so many questions! I am so happy for you and I really appreciate all of what you’ve shared. You are going to be an amazing mother. This is so encouraging for me, I have always been horrified of having a baby and this made me-for the first time in my life, feel excited. I can’t even explain it, but I have an entirely new outlook on birth now.
Gianna Ciaramello eeeeee Gianna that was so touching to read ♥️ I wanted to share it because my friend's birth story made me feel the same way - like everything is supposed to happen as it will and to draw so much comfort from that! I want to know your questions, message me girl! ♥️♥️
Your video has made me feel so much better. I'm expecting our first, a little girl, and she's measuring big and I'm back and forth for growth scans. I was totally focused on hypnobirthing etc until the consultants started freaking me out telling me I'm having a big baby etc so your video has calmed me down :) thank you xx
Congratulations Emily and best wishes for your birth ☺️ it all starts sounding so clinical doesn't it?! When birth doesn't have to be seen as a "medical event" generally... It's so natural and so commonplace. Honestly, watching mammal birthing videos helped so much 🙈. Sending lots of love ♥️
thank you for sharing this beautiful story! the pictures also talk for themselves.... the one where the baby's head is out is just wild :) :) Beautifully wild! I'm currently 38 weeks pregnant, and I'm hoping to have a similar experience to yours. It's good to hear that the time passed faster for you, usually I tend to hear the opposite ... Again, thanks for sharing your story, and I'm already following the rest of your journey on insta.. :) Xxx from a mom-to-be in London
Thank you Selena for sharing your story :) I have seen a few natural births as a med student and they always scared me so much! But hearing about the experience from your perspective really calmed me down! Also I love how you balance leaving everything as natural as possible, but at the same time being reasonable when it comes to medical help! I hope it's the same with vaccinations :)
Congratulations Serena! I am scared about birth and pain, but I want to do it with without an epidural, only gas and air. Would you say that the pain was tolerable?
