Warning Mammotion does NOT honor their 2 year warranty. The rubber boots that protect the cutting motors from water, dirt and debris have disintegrated on mine. I have contacted mammotion via phone calls, their websiand email. They REFUSE to respond to anything correspondence. This has been going on for four (4) months now. I now have a $3000+ doorstop.
@rsmith5201 Thanks for sharing your experience! This is really extremely annoying and I can understand the frustration. Especially since it's not your fault, but apparently due to material failure. :/
@@TechIllusion-EN I was willing to buy the two rubber boots myself and install them. Still nothing but silents. If this is how they are going to honor their warranty by doing NOTHING. I want to warn everyone I can by telling what I am going through.
I purchase a Robomow RC 306 model for my home in Texas when they first arrived on the market. It’s been in operation for 8 years now. I have replaced the battery once and have not had any issues with it. If anyone knows, Texas gets hot! Also Saint Augustine grass is thick and tough. This mower does a great job and I simply have no reason to replace it because it won’t break.
@williamdouglas7211 Thank you so much for sharing your experience! I'm really pleased to hear that the robotic lawnmower has been doing such a good job for so long! :-) Best regards
I have to.make a purchase and these 2 are the same exact mowers I had in mind!! After this vid I will 100% choose the navimow i108 probably! 1299 euro is a big plus
@meraialexandru9763 I'm really pleased to hear that the video was able to help you with your purchase decision. Thank you very much for the feedback and for supporting the channel. 😇🙌🏼 Best regards
@mr.c6674 As far as speed is concerned, it's clearly the Luba. You can also adjust the working speed of this appliance in several stages. 😁👍🏼 Best regards
I'm still trying to make up my mind in regards to a Yuka 1500 and a Navimow i108... I have a special need: my robot will also have to mow the dirt driveway as well as a patch of dirt with some fruit trees. I know it sounds silly, but it's for a holiday house where I come just once or twice a year, and right now it's impossible to maintain it, each time I go there, the weeds are thicker, higher and harder to deal with. Paying someone to take care of the property is way too expensive. So I'm thinking that if I buy a robot and make the driveway etc. as separate areas, the weeds there will never be able to grow high. But I saw in someone else's video that the Navimow turned around a patch of dirt (where the grass had died), as if it were an obstacle. That worried me and seems to indicate to me that I will need to choose the Yuka... Would you happen to have any words of advice in that regard, which would be the better choice in my case? Thanks!
Thank you for the comment and the question! 👍🏽😉 I am currently working on a video about the yuka from Mammotion. The video will appear on my channel in the next few weeks, where I will test the device in detail :) From my experience, I would recommend the yuka based on your requirements. With this device, you can set what should be recognized as an obstacle. For example, the robotic lawnmower can only use the bumper to detect obstacles. This means that brown patches on the lawn or even apples are not recognized as obstacles, but only trees or other hard objects on impact. There could be problems with the Navimow, as the device also recognizes such objects as obstacles. If you want to avoid this, I would recommend the yuka. If you would like to support my channel, you will find the links to the product in the video description. best regards and thank you for supporting a channel

How do you compare the Segway Navimov vs Mammotion Yuka? 🤷🏻♂️ They are similar prized, where the Luba is more expensive and the comparison between the Yuka and Segway Navimov is very interesting 👍🏼 Thanks.
@jonasrouthbregendahl9339 You're right, the Yuka is much closer to the Navimov in terms of comparison. Basically, you can also project the points mentioned in the video onto the Yuka instead of the Luba. The navigation and positioning is completely identical. Only the housing of the robots varies. This of course includes dealing with bumps and inclines. Nevertheless, the Yuka is somewhat more massive than the Navimow and therefore also designed for larger areas! The comparison is very complex and cannot be summarized in a few sentences. Best regards
@@TechIllusion-ENCool 👍🏼 Do you have any knowledge to the RoboUp T1200 Pro? The reviews are pretty impressive and the price here in Denmark is 1500€ incl. garage and spare knives... The Yuka is 1699 € without garage...
@jonasrouthbregendahl9339 Have they raised the price of the Yuka? Probably because the demand is so high... 🤔 The RoboUp T1200 Pro doesn't really mean anything to me. I didn't have it on my radar yet. Looks like a nice little mower. Not least for the price. But I haven't tested how well it really performs. Best regards
I checked out the price and seriously, I’m shocked. It’s cheaper than most wired mowers! Their tests seem pretty legit, but I already have one at home.
Thx @TechIllusion-EN for this review. As my garden will be redone, it will be flat and perfect(I hope) and rather small (about 600m2) so the Navimow would be the better and cheaper solution. Did you hear about German brand Kress - their mowers get excellent reviews too. So would be one of those three with budget in mind, the NAvimow being the winner.
You are welcome! Thank you for the video and for supporting my channel.😊👍🏼 Yes, I've often heard of the Kress brand and I've also had it on my radar. I would probably pay a small premium to have the Navimow 108 unlocked with 1000m2 or even 1200m2 rather than the restrictive 800m2 which is just too small. I'm sure it would be capable. I like that the driving wheels are on the front and it has 2 small wheels at the back compared to the Yuka which pushes forward onto one small wheel. I also feel Segway parts will be easier to source.
